Home Depot and Home Depot.Com have declining customer service performance. Customer care issues for online sales often involve encounters with rude and dismissive representatives. Depending on the individual store the same approach is often experienced. It's almost impossible to contact company management to voice concerns. I only buy from them because of price point but their customer care is terrible.

COVID HOT SPOTS Home Depot completely refuses to follow local, county and state guidelines about wearing masks while indoors. [CALIFORNIA EXAMPLE / EXPERIENCE] The corporate office has no policy for stores to require masks for customers and takes no responsibility for the unsafe work environment it creates. The manager said we have signs, and people can do what they want. Corporate said they do not care.

On November 14, 2020 I went into the Mount Pleasant MI. store to find some small stainless steel hex head screws and after my experience have decided I will never do business with Home Depot again. It was the second time I was treated like I was one of the walking dead, I was wearing a face mask, but the employees I encountered made me feel like that wasn't enough. There are plenty of other stores that will treat you like they want your business and not like you are a Walker. Goodbye Home Depot
Wrong item was delivered; Rude supervisors; Employees are misinformed/not knowledgeable. If you cannot go to the store & can't carry the appliance by yourself, you opt at ordering online - that's what I did. Ordered a dishwasher online at home depot. They did'nt even try to deliver the dishwasher on the day scheduled. They are giving me the run around. The delivery driver calls at 9 pm on the day it was supposed to be delivered.Says that they cant deliver it due to over scheduling by the store. My advice is to buy in Arkansas through Metro Appliances they deliver on time. Home depot stinks.

Home Depot reduced my credit limit because I was not using their card. I paid it off and did not need to use it and was told that in order to restore my previous credit limit they would have to run my credit again. I have been a cardholder for over 5 years, never missed a payment, and paid more than any minimum balance that was required. This is a load of ****! I closed my account and opened a Lowes account. I will never shop at home depot again.

Probably the worse appliance department I've come across. Used them twice for appliance purchase and installation, both times delayed, lost, missed delivery. This last time totally lost the order, e-mailed incorrect tracking numbers etc. Had the install booked and at the last minute they couldn't delivery the Samsung dishwasher even though we had received e-mail confirmation 2 days prior that it was on its way. I just recently made an online order. When I received it and unpacked it I had an item missing. I immediately called their customer service. I was put on hold so they could check the status then when the representative returned was told that they had contacted the shipping company and they would call me about disputing the missing product.
