I ordered a 32 piece crockery set from Home Depot that was on sale. I paid for the product via Paypal. 2 days later, I came to know that they cancelled my order on their own. When I called their customer service, after 50 minutes of discussion they told me that it was cancelled due to a pricing error on their side. I asked to be transferred to the dispute resolution because the mistake was not made by me, the customer, and they need to honor the price offered and paid by me. My husband went in store to purchase a washer and dryer that shows they have it in stock online. He went into the store and they stated they don't sell appliances in store anymore. That you come in and all of them located in store are displays. That they will order them to be delivered. Then they tell him he needs new hoses and vents and everything else that nothing comes with the appliances. I went to this location to purchase a LG appliance package including a fridge, range, dishwasher and microwave. When I went to ask an associate about some of the included products, the associate told my wife and I that the Black Friday sale on the items were pretty much useless. The associate said that it was not the fault of this individual store, but that the corporate office knew that many items listed in the Black Friday ad are out stock and will not be available until June or July of 2021. Ordered a $1,200 tool chest with shipping on 11/6/2020 and used PayPal as the payment method. The payment went through, but 5 minutes later they sent an e-mail saying the Payment had problems. They told me to place a second order. Placed a second order with credit card and the payment went through. They sent a tracking number for "NSD" shipping company. I Have been a loyal customer of Home Depot for years but mostly because my husband was a store Manager for Home Depo for 13 years so we only shopped HD. In 2010 I got the Home Depot Credit Card when we purchased our brand new construction home. I've since redid all 3 bathrooms, carpeting, windows, doors, fencing, lighting and kitchen using HD. I bought the "protection plan" on a washer and dryer las year at home depot, for any reason after 1 year of use the dryer stopped heating, we called the "protection pla " service and thats where our nightmare started... first they didny didn,t have the part so they have to order it, then they come home (after three weeks!!!! ) and they had the wrong part.... we tryed to speak with customer service but they never have a real answer all BS! Do not buy their protection plan

This home depot deserves zero stars! I ordered costume mirror closet doors in February 2020. Because of Covid the order was delayed ( I understand that). When they finally called to pick up my mirror doors, they wheeled me broken mirror doors. They said they would reorder and curve side deliver. I agreed. Weeks go by and I called for my order status. I ordered washing machine from Home Depot. They scheduled delivery date for me. I scheduled it on day of my Mom's birthday. Confirmed about delivery 1 day in advance. They didn't show up next day. We are totally upset at Home Depot's handling or a needed repair on a Microwave purchase June 2019. We purchased it with a Home Depot service contract. We have now placed multiple calls with promised repair man visits and promised follow ups all without resolving the problem.
