Home Depot's warranty company Genpact is the worse company I have ever had experience with. I filed a warranty claim on a Roof repair on October 29 and still haven't had an estimator come to my house. I have called, written emails with no response for 3 weeks. I finally filed a complaint with HD and received a case #., but still no resolution. I tried to follow up with the number I was given and my call can't go through. I placed an order for a Hot Tub with Home Depot at the beginning of August of 2020. Home Depot's website stated the delivery date would be by the beginning of October. It is now December 2nd and the hot tub has still not been delivered. I would normally have cancelled my order and taken my business elsewhere, however the hot tub was sold at a significant discount, and I have already had to spend nearly $2000 on the insulation of a 50amp electrical outlet and a concrete patio for the hot tub. On Sept.5th 2020 my husband and I went to the Woodbury, Mn Home Depot to look at kitchen cabinets. We were so excited. We had already gone to several different similar type stores to compare products. We felt Home Depot was the best place to give our business. We ordered Shaker Maple kitchen cabinets and Drama Marble Laminate countertops that day. We were told by Terry (our designer) that it would take a few weeks to get our order. My new ego mower had an electrical problem, took it back to HD Cedar Rapids in July. They sent it off to Ego for warranty repair. Two months later I got it back and hurriedly took it home to try it out. When I started unpacking it I noticed a hole in the box. Got it out and the plastic handle on the main body of the mower was broken off sometime on its return trip. I took pictures and called HD. Home Depot accepted payment from my credit card from party or Parties without appropriate information. My card was used from a third unknown party who was authorized to use my card (3) times on line and used a shipping address which was not my shipping address. I am having to dispute charges. Home Depot should verify all information prior to accepting credit card purchases especially being sent to addresses other than the credit card holders address. NO Stars!! I ordered a washer for my daughter in September 2020. It was delivered in October and did not work properly. They picked it up and now two months later they have "lost" the replacement order twice! Nothing scheduled to be delivered as promised. Each time we have called we have spoken to at least 5 people. At times just pushed back to the end of the line and the person has no idea who we are or why we have called. HD will take your money and pass on the contract to another company Asurion in my case who in turn will sub contract to appliance maker. LG in my case will again subcontract to repair shops. No one cares what happens to the customer and customer service is least of every one's worry. My one year old LG Refrigerator ( $2000) is not working for 50 plus days. With multiple visits which included replacement of Compressor they are not able to fix it. You call them and they keep on sending your call from one person to another till... read more

Never shopping at Home Depot again! We purchased all new kitchen appliance and 3 year extended warranties November 2017. We were told by the salesman that all of the appliances had 1 year manufactures warranties and then the extended warranties would start afterwards. Today 2 of our appliance started to have issues, so I called to set up service appointments via the warranties.
