Worst customer service I have EVER had. I received a coupon in the mail for 15% off of a online purchase up to $200, it was a "welcome to the neighborhood" coupon because I just moved into my new home. I went online and went to order my two items for $163 (under the $200) limit and it said invalid coupon. I waited 5 weeks to have my washer and dryer delivered and installed because the items were back ordered. They attempted to deliver a cracked washer and dryer so I refused the deliver. I called to arrange a replacement and was told told they couldn't deliver until March. I already sold my old washer and dryer so will now have to use a laundromat for the next 3 months. VERY disappointed with Home Depot
Let me start out this review by saying I'm a disabled veteran living in a camper on a fixed income with my unemployed wife. The day after Thanksgiving our primary cooking appliance, a convection microwave broke. On November 29th we went to the Home Depot in Kingman Arizona to order a new one. What is REALLY SAD is when you write a review an automated response appears telling you to call HD customer service. SERIOUSLY, don't you think the majority of upset customers who are willing to go on a BBB website and write a review have already went through that process???

Home Depot does not even deserve one star. Very bad: Home Depot and installation contractor Martin Toro Contracting. I had Home Depot replace some of my windows and they used Martin Toro Contracting to install them. They severely damaged my security system and I had to pay about $5k to repair it (I'm a recent widow). Now they are saying that the system was not operating and *** have had pre-existing damages. Home Depot Online Policy and Customer Service. Buyer Beware. After ordering an 4 appliance package for a home renovation my contractor realized I had ordered the under the counter versus over the counter microwave. The driver told me to re-order the microwave and he would come back and switch them out.
