DO NOT BUY IMPACT WINDOWS FROM HOME DEPOT! I'm giving one star because you have to. They do not deserve even one star. From the first meeting with the sales rep., Jack Stone, we have been lied to. We specifically told Jack we did not want to use a 3rd party and he lied to my husband and I and told us HD does it all. The first time we realized this was a lie was after we paid a deposit and when a construction company tried to reschedule our installation after my husband had to switch with an employee. In a world of coronavirus and virtual learning and so many other things to worry about, please, save yourself the stress, and do not go through home depot for your flooring. You will have so many regrets. This process was so overwhelmingly stressful and we are still going through it. I am about ready to cry and am at my wits' end with no end date in sight. spent hours looking up different snow blowers and reading the reviews to see which one would work best for me. After ordering this snow blower, my order was canceled with Home Depot sending me no notification. It's only when I check on my order, 2 weeks later, and a blizzard on the way, that I find out the order was canceled. I spend 3 hours on the phone and receive no assistance from representatives who just talk over me and give me incorrect information. Next time, I'll just go toÂLowe's

I will never buy from this company again. I will recommend that none of my friends or family also do the same. I purchased a washer and dryer along with warrenty (Thank God I did ). In 2 1/2 years both have major repair. The dryer is broke down now. I have been waiting since the first of November 2020 for repair. Yesterday the repair man show up and didn't have the parts to fix it. So now I am waiting again without a dryer. I purchased a Samsung refrigerator which arrived badly damaged. It's been 30 days and Home Depot still has not returned my money. My refund was to occur 3-5 days after the refrigerator was received back at the warehouse, which it was returned the same day. When contacting Home Depot, they told me it will take another 7-10 days due to a technology issue because when purchasing appliances at Home Depot they really don't have any responsibility for the appliance. The Home Depot was my family's go-to home improvement store growing up, so when I bought my first house, I decided to use The Home Depot for paint, appliance orders, and some carpet installation. Each one was its own brand of terrible. I ordered some paint samples online from The Home Depot. I painted a wall in my living room with my sample and decided to go with that color. Home Depot's (Store 7026) principal problem in Ottawa, Canada is its phone system which a) hangs up on you before you get to talk to a human being; and b) no one bothers to answer even if you wait for over 2 hours on hold. This applies to both the store and the installation lines. Waiting 2 months for a simple sheet flooring installation was bad enough; now that they "can't find" the adhesive and sealant makes it even worse. I'm now waiting for them to re-order the adhesive and sealant and hoping they don't lose the flooring... read more

Home Depot has owed me a refund of over $500 for over a month now and has yet to refund my money. I have called, written and filed a dispute with my credit card company yet no refund.
