Home Depot offers a 10% Off deal. I wanted to buy something. I submitted my email and waited and waited. I did it again and waited. I called and was told it takes one to two business days. I am tremendously frustrated. I ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot. They delivered it on schedule, but I was told they could not install it or haul away my current dishwasher until I had a pipe fixed. I got it fixed and then called on a Saturday to schedule the installation. I was put on hold for approximately 20 minutes and then told to call back Monday because noone was available to schedule. If you order something online, be prepared to have your order incomplete and not get a refund or store credit. WORST WORST customer service ever, they do not even try to help solve your concern. My order was incomplete and was told "there is nothing we can do, for all we know you can be lying." Secondly, they want you to call every other company (bank/shipping company) to avoid having the problem resolved. I ordered a refrigerator and dishwasher from The Home Depot. When the items were delivered, the deliveryman said he could not install the the dishwasher because the water line went behind a cabinet, and the last time he saw that, it took "too long" to do. He would not take the old appliance away, or install the new one. He literally told me, "Good luck with that" as he left my house. He also refused to change the door orientation on my refrigerator. This review is for Home Depot Credit Services which is serviced by Citibank. Is it possible to rate Home Depot Credit Services negative stars? I would if I could. By their F Better Business rating and a cumulative rating of just one star it looks like I am just one of the thousands of their customers that they are continuously screwing over. Home Depot use to be my go to store. The last several orders have been messed up. Items missing from both store on online orders. The last straw was I ordered 2 heaters online. A few weeks go by with no delivery so I called to see were my order was. Found out they are no longer carrying the item. Homedepot never contacted me. Guess they just planned on keeping the money. They put me on hold, then hung up on me. A few minutes later I get a cancelation email. Very poor customer care!

This Home Depot provides very poor customer service to its customers. Last week I went there to buy a shed for my backyard. I found one I liked for a price higher than I thought I wanted to pay but was willing to purchase it. When I was told the store had none of this particular shed in stock the customer service person told me that one was available at a store thirty blocks away and when I asked if the store could obtain this and get it for me and I would come back and purchase it, the store refused to do this. They installed my impact windows. 25,000 dollars. Poor workmanship and missing parts never installed after 8 months. Multiple calls places to installation manager with NO return calls. Bernie Marcus would be ticked off if he knew of the poor service from them I know him well but reluctant to bother him with this BS.
