HOME DEPOT BUYER BEWARE....I paid my CC on time every month for a purchased appliance. I miscalculated the last payment, with a $102.08 remainder balance. Home Depot charged me $446.00 interest on balance. I think this is robbery and have not shopped there since original purchase which was riddled with problems in the first place. Finalized...never again will I shop at Home Depot. Buyer beware!

Extremely shady business practice. I purchased a washer and dryer combo, received an install date (two weeks after purchase), and stripped my laundry room in preparation to install the new appliances. TWO (2) days before scheduled install I received a message that the appliances weren't actually in stock and I would have to wait and additional three (3) weeks for install. Recently purchased a refrigerator from Home Depot. Subsequent to the purchase found a cheaper price online from a competitor. I went to the store to get a price match. After having me wait 45 minutes for a manager they claimed the competitor was not the right competitor so they could not match the price. Additionally, they were unable to do anything to resolve the issue in any way. I was very disappointed in the customer service from the manager and inability to resolve the issue.

Home Depot and **** - I used to love them. However, someone got access to my account info and ordered ~3K worth of tools from a store I have never been to. HD uses **** for its card. **** said they found no evidence of fraud, closed the case and said I am liable for the charges. I am ******.

I made an on line purchase with my home depot card that is funded through Foritiva. Home depot took my payment on the card then sent an email saying it did not go through after the card was charged. The reason I found out after being on the phone with customer service for ages was they did not have 2 items so they did not let any of the transaction go through. The agent told me I needed to check the card to see if the card was basically maxed out when it was a paid off card with a balance that more then covers this purchase.... read more

I had all my windows replaced years ago from Home Depot. The install was amazing and the windows looked great! Then... I noticed what looked like mold under the seal. Two months later they replaced the sashes. Looked great! The windows are doing it again. Mold. Home Depot is now telling me that isn't covered under their warranty and they sent me an email saying to watch a video on how to clean the mold. We purchased a front door and a deck slider (>$5,000.00), a full kitchen appliance package ($4,000.00), and pergo flooring for my master bedroom We have had 3 changes to the original quoted door installation date and now at 3 months they moved my expected date up another month. I'm furious! This is the worst company I dealt with in a long time. We just bought a new house in Medford NJ ordered some major appliances from this company and homedepot decided not to show up on delivery day even after I just spoke to and texted the delivery driver. The board of directors and to CEO should be ashamed of themselves to save a few bucks to have this service subcontracted out.
