The day I arrived in Simpsonville, SC, (1/13/21), I ordered a stainless refrigerator from the local Home Depot. It was delivered one wk later, but I needed the door reversed, and when the guy did that, the gaskets did not seal correctly. He ordered a replacement frig, which was delivered on 1/27. I ordered a Whirlpool refrigerator shown on their website that had a delivery date of three days and paid for it using my credit card. On the day of the delivery, the delivery service informed me that the refrigerator was damaged and told me the next delivery would be two weeks away, but I could call the store and talk to Customer Service to see if they had a better delivery date and I was told the next delivery would be two weeks or more just as the new website advertisement now showed so I cancelled the order. I never received my entire order. I ordered 3 items and only received 1. Only was box was shipped for this order and only 1 of 3 products was in the box. I called customer service twice in regards to the missing items. I was told Home Depot is not responsible for missing items from an order that was delivered. Customer Service said would have to file a dispute with my credit card company. What kind of business practice is this. These 2 missing items are valued at $90 which is a lot of money to me. I made an online order expecting to receive 2 items a Dremel drill and a Dremel accessory kit. The shipment arrived and only the Dremel accessory kit was in the box. I called Home Depot phone support instantly and spoke to Dorothy and she said if I shipped back the empty box they would process the refund. I questioned her because it seemed odd to ship back what would be an empty box, but she said that was the only way I could get a refund for the item I did not receive, so I did it. Home Depot Misleads Customers with Appliance Warranty. I was sold a stove 2.5 years ago with a 5 year warranty. Home Depot warranty policy is a scam. I waited 4 weeks for a manager out of the Lady Lake Florida to responded. The policy was rejectedfortge defect....called the customer line for Home Depot were they said it not something they can handle as the warranty is from a 3rd party, not them..... Due to the pandemic and my attempts to staying safe for the sake of myself, family and general public, I first search the Home Depot website to check product availability. I have driven to two Home Depots, only to find out that the product is not in stock, as advertised in their site. This is really frustrating, especially after calling and being told that the item is available. Home Depot should really update their site more regularly.

We returned a online shopping stuff at store yesterday and got refunded to homedepot store credit. Then we went shopping in store for some items and checked out with the refunded store creditï��the cashier asked for my driver license when I used the store credit I gave it to them them they told me that store credit does not have any money. I ordered a snow shovel for pickup and the site said there were 40 available. I was told to wait for confirmation and pickup within 2 hours. I got out to the store in a snowstorm and waited over 2.5 hours, only to then get a voicemail left from an associate telling me that they didn't have the item and I would be refunded. Thanks a lot a holes.
