Went today to 434 and 436 Homedepot. Desiree the paint specialist (so we thought) provided horrible service! All we needed was paint... Not sure how we bothered her but we did. We were organized, we knew the color and the brand. While we searched for the paint she was no where in sight. We had to seek assistance from another Homedepot assistant to find her. Went into the store on 5th, had a delivery for my new dryer set for the following Tuesday. I was told from the store I'd recieve a call Monday to setup my delivery window. Received no call, had to call twice that day 1st time I called they said I'd have to call back later due to them not knowing when they could get to me. I ordered a toilet from Home Depot. There were delays in shipping. Then all of a sudden I receive an email saying it was delivered, but I was home and it clearly wasn't. I called Home Depot and they told me I had to file a claim with UPS because its not Home Depots problem, even though I order the toilet from them and not UPS. The UPS website claims process isn't working, I don't have a toilet and Home Depot is doing NOTHING to resolve. This is very frustrating and upsetting.
Home Depot has a SCAM going around. You receive a email saying take survey and get to chose from a list of "free" products. After you take survey you pick your 2 free product and pay for " shipping" I paid $40 then following months they continued to charge me monthly $40.... when I called they told me I was in a subscription that cost $40 a month... NOWHERE in tens and condition on survey email I received did it say I was entering any subscription ... COMPLETE SCAM

I ordered three major appliances from Home Depot on November 24,2020... Delivery was set to be January 6th... I have had 3 rescheduled dates, and to day is February 11, 2021.. still no appliances I don't understand how a company as big as Home Depot can get away with treating customers like this!!! Home Depot royally messed up my closet door order for the bedrooms in our home. The product was ordered in August of 2020 and just today (Feb of 2021) did the project end up completed to my satisfaction. To be fair, it was more than just Home Depot: The project involved ***** Doors and the supplier Contractors Wardrobe: The initial installer at ***** Doors did not have the competence to do the initial installation and that is where the trouble began. I previously gave a one-star review, but Home Depot must have finally contacted the shipper because the items were waiting for me when I got home from work today. I still wish that Home Depot would work more closely with their shippers so that customers would not have to waste hours dealing with packages that were reported as being delivered but did not actually arrive.

I went to Home Depot and purchased a microwave for one of my rental units. I paid for the microwave with installation and delivery. The 1st time Home Depot delivered the microwave, they opened up the box and it had a hole the size of a basketball in it. The 2nd time they never showed up even after calling the day before and gave me a four hour delivery for the next day. I was driving to Home Depot today and a delivery driver (a semi containing a shipment of wood) was on their way to Home Depot to drop off their load. The driver tried to run me off the highway when I exited. Then he drove up next to me at a light while I was waiting for the light to change and BLEW his horn over and over again until the light changed and I was able to go.
