Atrocious - 4 broken tubs and 2 broken surrounds delivered to my house. Rude and dismissive staff. Absolutely atrocious.

All I can say is I'm closing my Home Depot account. The two purchase I have made has been a nightmare. Both times I ended up buying my product elsewhere. From trying to buy kitchen appliance to bathroom remodeling ( vanity) has not worked. Both time had to refund my money after weeks of waiting and no one had the audacity to call me and let me know what's going on. First time I thought OK let me give them a chance again second time, no more. Customer service sucks. They don't care about human beans, family, kids. Never again... read more

My sister has tried to purchase a washer/dryer combo for her condo at the Cumberland store, Atlanta Ga. So far the washer and dryer unit has been delivered 3 times- all 3 units damaged. Once the delivery man said my sister needed to purchase hoses and a drain adaptor. We were later told that this was not true. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the telephone at Home Depot- the phone rings and rings until someone picks up and hangs up the phone. Most everyone acts like they could care less. Absolutely the worst, most unprofessional delivery service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend purchasing another appliance from here. I bought an appliance 11/27/2020. We were told delivery would be 1/27/21. We had move our date to 1/23/21, we were told no problem. We called the day of and were told they did not have our appliance, they were never going to call and let us know. We changed the date back to the original delivery date 1/27/21. I wish I would have check the reviews for Home Depot prior to having them install my flooring. The installer Carpot Pros also deserve a poor review. The work was unacceptable. It is hard to explain without showing you a picture but the baseboard stopped about 4 feet from the end and a smaller one installed this is in my living room. Let me start by saying that if I could choose zero stars that would be more appropriate. We had new carpet installed by the Home Depot team. Our phone charger went missing from the outlet we had it plugged in to and someone swapped out a charging cord we had on our kitchen table. I was treated to loud rap music complete with cuss words while working from home that day while they did the install. HOME DEPOT IS ENGAGING IN CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. Signed up for their credit card. Went home and set up autopay to pay full amount every month to avoid an interest charge. A month later I get an alert saying that I'm being charged the minimum. I go back to their website to make sure that the full payment was selected on autopay. It was. I manually issue full payment, remove auto pay and set it up again to automatically pay the full balance every month to avoid their interest charge. Purchased fridge on 2/4 with delivery date advertised of 2/12. Once purchased was told delivery would be 2/23. Today 2/22 i called to confirm timeframe of delivery as i have sold my existing fridge to be picked up morning of 2/23 and was told delivery changed to 3/18. There was no notification to me as a customer. I financed through the store and have payments due before the product even arrives.
