I scheduled an appointment for customer countertops about two weeks ago. I gave the representative my proposed SKUs. Yesterday, the Home Depot confirmed the order via phone and we discussed the types of countertops and backsplashes. I spoke with the consultant today (appointment for tomorrow), who informed me that he does not work with the types of countertops I am ordering and that it was put into the system as a cabinet remodeling. In June 2020 I paid for a someone to come and measure my summer home for new flooring. The man called to say he was going to be late and then arrived an hour before the appointment. He didn't have batteries for his measuring device so I gave him some. Then when measuring the bathroom, he pulled a towel bar off the wall, which I had to replace. Home Depot and their installation partner Superior Corporation are not worth your time. They are unable to handle scheduling and when they can't account for their jobs properly they cancel your job at the last second after you've taken off work and disassembled your entire house for new carpet. Only to pass *** buck and not take accountability for their services. I purchased a garage door opener and installation from the Papillion, Nebraska Home Depot location on a Wednesday. The following Monday, I had not heard from them to set up installation so I called the store and was transferred to the installation department. Purchased special order cabinets in January at the Murrells inlet sc store and the cabinet specialist promised to keep us updated on the order. Here we are March 2021 and we still haven't heard back from Shari. We have been calling and giving different associates or order number and we still have not gotten in contact with Shari. They never answer the phone in kitchen cabinets.

I think your management stinks. I was at your store in Rochester Hills Michigan today. I wanted to buy a "floor model" shelving rack. The price was just under fifty dollars. I wanted it delivered to my home lees than a mile away. The clerk wanted 78. for shipping !!! I believe you advertise free shipping above 45. Do not purchase their warranties. I purchased an LG refrigerator and have had many problems with the freezer and ice maker. The warranty states hassle free and free replacement if it can not be fixed. First LG is responsible for any repairs in the first 3 years. Nothing but problems through out the entire process with both LG and the warranty company Asurion. I had to elevate to management several times and I am still waiting for a refund. My refrigerator quit on Feb 16, so I ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot that was supposed to be delivered February 23... but no refrigerator, no call, no email. On February 24 I called to reschedule delivery. I was told the refrigerator was on back order and the earliest I would have it would be March 23.
