January 28 I send check, 66.85, full payment due.February 17, my Home Depot credit card was block. I call customer service, they did't receive a check, so by phone I paid $100.85 including late fee.I requested to close account and they did.On March 5, they received the check and deposited, so they made $100.85 dollar for nothing. March 23 I received the statement and I see $66.81 Credit. They should return my late check or send their check because account is close. Home depot rental is not customer oriented the staff game the clientel with misleading, and incomplete information. Equipment is often poorly maintained or broken down! The online heavy equipment pages is generally short on information, and fails to provide notice of requirements to rent. I ordered a dryer on 3/8/21 and said dryer is supposed to be delivered by 3/25/21. I get a phone call saying the dryer is back ordered and won't be delivered till mid April. Took them 15 minutes to take my money but it's going to take over a month to get my product and that's not even guaranteed. I attempted to file a warranty claim for some defective flooring. My initial complaint was raised well within the manufacturer's time frame. Because of the lack of proper communication from Home Depot, the warranty window has lapsed. Now I'm stuck with damaged flooring because Home Depot refused to take action. The whole project has been a terrible experience.

I chose Home Depot to complete my kitchen remodel. Initially the process was great. However, the subcontractor provided by HD who installed the countertop did a horrible job. They were difficult to work with immediately. They made it clear their time was more valuable than mine when trying to schedule. The man who did the measurements was rude to me and my main contractor. The install though was terrible. This review is for the Home Depot location in Pittsburg, CA. When our dishwasher was delivered, the delivery guy informed us that the cord and adapter kit they sent was not what we paid for (we paid for a 5ft cord/adapter, they sent a 3ft cord/adapter) and that these items were not long enough for him to connect everything up. He also informed us that he could not wait for us to go to our local Home Depot and purchase the 5ft cords/adapter (that we had already paid for) again. 6211 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago, IL XXXXX - This is the worst Home Depot I experienced so far. Unorganized dirty shelves, bad customer service and management that lies. The manager I talked to (chunky lady, with long dark hair) did not even want to provide her name for my records, talked impolitely and lied answering my questions about Home Depot policies.

Do NOT order from them online. Everything is from china and its a RIP OFF! Half of my order is missing and no one can pull their head out of their butts long enough to find out where the other half is. They keep telling me they can't get a hold of the seller???? I have had my dishwasher for about two weeks and it is junk. I can use the spray nozzle on my kitchen sink faucet and it does a better job. I've tested it by running just a couple of dishes in it and they come out looking exactly as they did going in. I called Home Depot and they told me there are no returns on dishwashers after 48 hours. In other words they can sell you complete garbage and get away with it.
