Pellcity HomeDept is horrible service and horrible customer service put in a lumber delivery on 3/22/21 and was supposed to be delivered on 3/27/21 and wasn't so I called and no one could give me any answers on why reschedule for the 3/31/21 still wasn't delivered then rescheduled for 4/2/21 they canceled that and changed to 4/8/21 I'll believe it when I see it. HORRIBLE!! I will never step foot into their store again. I purchased a storm door and scheduled installation through Home Depot. After waiting two weeks and taking a full day off of work to stay home and wait for the installer, he showed up WITHOUT the necessary tools to do the job! I offered to go to Home Depot and buy the parts and he declined stating that he had another job to do (even though he still had two hours of arrival time left on my job). Have had a dishwasher delivered by Home Depot sitting in my kitchen for over a week. Have called over 8 times to get someone to come and install it/haul away the old one. The reassure me each time that someone will call within 24 hours so far no calls. Unacceptable and no where to turn about this issue

Today March 29,2021 @ 12:55pm. Was in home depot store looking at paint with my husband. I decided to look for the filter that I had with me in Home Depot. A worker named Steve was walking past I said "excuse me sir, do you" and before I could get it all out. He said " I work in such and such and you have to find someone who works in paint. Very rude! I had the worst experience with installing a barn door that was order in October 2020. The door was late coming in and that was understandable but when the door came in January I was scheduled to have it installed. The fist time the store didn't have all the materials (rescheduled). The second time they scheduled they had to go back to the store to more materials (rescheduled). We purchased washer and dryer on02/15/21 and delivery was to be on 03/09/29. They delivered the machine but did not bring the the electric cord for dryer which we paid for. Next delivery was supposed to be on 03/19/21 for the cord and connection but they forgot to schedule it. The next date was supposed to be on 3/27/21 to connect the machine but no body came so dryer is sitting in the room for a month and still we can not use it. HomeDepot.com treats they customers terribly. They are rude, constantly send damaged items, and you normally have to spend hours on hold to even try to get them to do anything to rectify problems with good purchases. They are the absolute worst company to deal with, and they do not even remotely value their customers. Shame on them for their terrible business practices and their incredibly rude people!!
Home Depot sells doors. Do not have Home Depot install it. We paid almost $5000 for a door and install. The installers were nice but didn't know what they were doing. I have a brand new door, door two, that I am unable to use the deadbolt, unless I lift up the door. I have screw holes visible in my brand new expensive door frame. The first door that arrived was the wrong size and the door swing was wrong. The installers installed and screwed in place anyway, with blue tape over what would be the door handle.
