I own a local remodeling company in Knoxville TN. I had made a purchase which was paint i wanted two gallons of creamy mushroom and one white. They gave me all creamy mushroom. I got to the job site and low and behold there were 3 creamy mushroom. No white. Took it back to the location which was purchased. Was told there was nothing wrong with the paint so they could not return or give me a refund. This is unacceptable i have done way to much buisness here to be treated this way.

I just brought a BIOBIDET flow classic Faucet ,i love it look so rich in my kitchen I will recommend family and friends to purchase this brand .... BIOBIDET IS THE BEST....

They refuse to give me my refund for a vanity they delivered broken. It has been picked up by Home Depot and has been months and all they can say is to keep waiting. I just want my money back. Customer service has been a total joke. Will never buy another product there again

I'm 38 weeks pregnant and had to wait almost a month for the dishwasher to be delivered and had paid for the installation and taking the old dishwasher out through Home Depot. Over $700 this costed me including the dishwasher. The first time the installers came, they didn't even pull out my old dishwasher and said they couldn't install it because I have an L shaped counter. On March 13, 2021, I placed an order on HomeDepot.Com. The Order Number is WGXXXXXXXX. The cost for the Merchandise was $32.29 that I paid. I received the order on March 22, 2021. The invoice with the Merchandise had a cost of $20.00. On March 24, 2021 I contacted HomeDepot.com to get an explanation of why there was a difference in price. March 1st ordered patio furniture online to be home delivered. Apparently the box reached the local NSD terminal and disappeared. Home Depot did nothing to aid or assist to find our order other than emailing the terminal. The terminal never responded. Why does Home Depot even support such a delivery service. I cancelled the order today March 25th. I will never order from Home Depot again.

i rented a power snake to clean a drain I needed to leave a $150 deposit when I returned the unit someone charged my card a second $150 home depot in greece ny claims they have no record of it I will never rent another tool from this store loosing $150 hurts

This is the 3 weeks (and counting) journey of attempting to purchase a refrigerator. I am posting on behalf of my parents, as they don't have social media. On March 8th, their fridge crapped out. They went to a couple of stores and decided on an LG fridge at this Home Depot. They were told it would take 2 weeks for it to arrive and they had to have a shut off valve for the water line inside. Fine, it was still cold outside that coolers and ice outside could hold some food, and more importantly, my dad's insulin. 2 weeks pass... read more
