This was the first time that I ordered from online with Home Depot. Never again! What was supposed to have been a simple washing machine delivery and hook-up ended in a nightmare. The delivery service dropped off the new washer and took our old one. Left a short message that he can't hook up and to call Home Depot. I called Home Depot online service and can't get through. I cannot begin to express the frustration we experienced with Home Depot when attempting to get the kitchen appliances we purchased from them hooked up. One mistake after another communicating with the "professionals" they contracted to install a dishwasher and haul the old one away. We put faith in Home Depot to arrange for the installation of newly purchased appliances and remove the old ones. Placed and order in February for a few appliances, on backorder, so delivery to be approximately one month later. (understandably as the delay in many products during the pandemic). Home Depot uses a third party to deliverand for our experiencewill not accept any connection in this companies service or inability to service. I made an order of various supplies ($900 order plus $80 delivery for large items) and I was missing an item that was supposed to be shipped. For four days I have been trying to get this remedied. I paid $80 for delivery because the item is too large for me to put in my vehicle. I had the driver take pictures of the order to show what was missing and I refused to sign a delivery receipt stating I received the whole order. I ordered a GE Profile 28.4cu. ft side by side refrigerator and paid for it 12/29/20 my expected delivery was March 31, 2021. On 3/24 I checked the GE site I saw this model has been discontinued. I immediately called HD customer care line and explained the situation. That agent, Kendra was very helpful and she spoke with the HDA department only to be told GE should have notified them. I called GE and they advised it was HD responsibility. I called back HD, only to be told they canceled my order and it would take 7-10 to proc... read more

Home Depot is a tricky, tricky company. Said they would install a new dishwasher... Damaged my countertop, wall and floor. And still- no working dishwasher. My old one was still working- I asked them to return it but they won't. Now I'm left with no working dishwasher and out $1000 with property damage. Called and they don't care - left me high and dirty dishes dry.

this was my first experience with Home Depot online, so far it has been abysmal. On Feb. 18th I placed an order the estimated delivery was March 4-11, no mention of back order. Until I started asking what was taking so long. Then I was told it would be shipped on the 15th. tracking showed it was shipped around Quebec for a few days, on the 23rd I was told it had arrived in BC and would be out for delivery in 24 hours. On March 13, 2021, I placed an order on HomeDepot.Com. The Order Number is WGXXXXXXXX. The cost for the Merchandise was $32.29 that I paid. I received the order on March 22, 2021.
