Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Purchased a dishwasher from the Hope Depot and payed the $150.00 installation fee. Dishwasher was delivered on 04/03/2021 on an Enterprise truck (not Home Depot) and the two guys that delivered it, had no clue about any information regarding the installation. (they seemed like they were not capable of doing it either) After they left, we called Home Depot customer service, only to find out that they had no idea either what had happen. Unfortunately this system wont let me leave a review without a star rating. THE WORST!!! DON'T shop at Home Depot, don't do it.. Lets start from the beginning the date was Jan 27 2021. I purchased a refrigerator and paid for the haul away of old one. The day of delivery, we were informed there was not any room on the truck to take away the old unit. We were given a number to call and arrange pickup ourselves and were told it would be removed the next day. We called the number and were told that the first available pickup is not for an entire week! So I go to the local Home Depot to purchase bulk sand (1,000lb bag). I notice it's $5 more here than at Lowe's, no biggie right. So when the cashier rings me up he adds another $15 onto this for a "pallet fee". I inform him that I don't need the pallet and they can keep it in which he replies that's how they load it. Alittle confused I explain to him that you don't load sand using the pallet but instead you use the straps that are made into the bag by the manufacturer. Destin, FL store has always been giving me problems with returns. I have a Pro account and I am always buying material and tools @ this home depot. I bought Milwaukee tools 2 days ago and went to return a couple of +tools and needed to buy different version of Milwaukee for both of those tools. They would not return it or replace them. Manager said their hands are tide. I have never had such a horrible experience as I did at this home depot.

Had Home Depot install flooring, both hardwood and carpet. Had quite a bit of materials left over for the hardwood piece of the job so I took it back to the store for a refund. Was told that everything was special order so they would not take it back. When I asked about the quarter round molding that I could have walked over and bought off of the shelf it was the same response. Worst experience of my life. I purchased a fridge, dishwasher, and range from the Home Depot in Lorain, OH. When I received the fridge and dishwasher the fridge didn't fit. The installation guy told me to contact a contractor. I called to return the item and the online 800 number told me it was non-returnable. Horrible Customer Service. I placed an order for same day pickup totalling $600. All items were available. 3 days later, 2 hours on hold, store representatives hanging up, I get a call saying the items are not in and to cancel since I placed the order online. If I could give this experience no stars I would 1266 Omniplex Dr, Cincinnati, OH XXXXX. I am very disgusted with the way I was treated and the process of receiving a refund.
