I ordered a closet organizer and installed it. I needed a trim piece that was said in the instruction I would received if needed. It also has a yellow page in the box stating the same thing. When I called the company they said forget what the documents say we don't give replacement parts. When I contacted Home Depot they told me the same thing. When I responded to their emails I got no response. I continued to email then for a response and still no response. I consider this a breach of contract. I have gone to both Home Depo... read more

I purchased a 2,000.00 riding lawn mower less than a year ago, at 4 hours on the riding mower, the engine split in half. Called Home Depo and was told it is not there problem. Home Depo I will never shop at your store again. Buyers beware

I ordered some flowers from Home Depot website which was a big mistake. The flowers shown on the website looks very nice an what I received was copletly different. I will not do it again and think the Home Depot is taking the advantage of the COVID 19 situation and rip-off people.

As a PRO Customer, I average $1XXX-XXXX per month in the Wilmington store. Not any more. Placed a PRO order for delivery and after delivery was held up for 2 days due to an in-store error with the order, there was an item missing from the order. I have spent 3 days trying to get up with the store but am unable to get an answer. Called corporate support and their only answer was to call the local store. Ordered a patio set March 28. Received an email stating it would be delivered April 8th. April 8th came and went with no delivery. I called customer service and was told that it was delayed at the warehouse. No eta. April 12th I received an email stating it had shipped. Delivery was scheduled for April 15. April 14th I received an email stating it was delayed AGAIN, with an updated delivery date of April 16th. If you would like to have dangerously high blood pressure go to the Home Depot in Tukwila, Washington! Ordered 6500$ in flooring supplies and ended up canceling everything due to horrible customer service! Reported fraudulent activity on my account & the employee told me it was my problem. He also told me that Home Depot does not have a fraud department. They shipped out an $800 faucet to the thief anyway.

I purchased a gas range online on March 10,2021. I was told that it would be delivered on March 23, 2021, between 7am-7 pm. I waited all day for the delivery, I was told that delivery person would call 30 minutes before the delivery to confirm the delivery. 7:03pm No stove delivery and no notice. On the 24th, 9:13am I call Home depot and a young man confirm that I was scheduled to have the stove delivered on the 23rd. He checked to see what happen.
