Went in to exchange some light bulbs and buy turf. Had to get the turf cut for me, none of the employees that walked by "could help me". After 50 minutes of waiting went to the front desk where there were a bunch of employees grouped up, everyone proceeded to ignore me and the employee who was supposed to help me that goes by the name of Leslie, completely disregarded my presence. I had a replacement shadow box fence built for $6,000 and its already falling apart after 20 months. The wood used was poor quality and is splitting on the main posts, cross posts, and some pickets, the knots are popping out and it drinks paint like a sponge. Unbelievably bad service. I placed an order at the Emeryville store for delivery to my client's house, due 4/19. Received a call from H.D. (from, weirdly, the Oakland store) on 4/18 saying the order was being rescheduled to 4/29 due to "rioting" and would now be coming from the San Leandro store. Needed to change the amount of drywall on the order so contacted H.D. on 4/22. I purchased a refrigerator In January was told it was in stock and it would be delivered in 2 weeks, February 15 to be exact. Well today is April 23 and I haven't received a refrigerator yet. The delivery date has been changed 4 times. I wouldn't be upset if I was told the refrigerator was on back order but it was not. So again on today I was told I had to wait another month for delivery. The delivery team cut a 2.5'x2 piece of linoleum out of my floor in front of the dishwasher...and did not anchor in the dishwasher, and didn't speak English. I called Home Depot to complain and a claim was put in. Now 7 months later, of spending time on hold to get resolution, they called to say they aren't going to come back and fix my floor or anchor my dishwasher. Waco texas yup ther had four of the same kind of window in a bin maoked 104$ but when i got home and reviewed the reciept i paid 150$, i hate false advertisement im taking it back

My husband and I are appalled at the lack of, or ineptitude of, management to provide decent customer service at our Eastern WA store. As the owners of a small construction company we rely on our local hardware stores everyday. We've had nothing but bad experiences with opening a Home Depot credit card! WARNING as a heads up if you plan to do the same! First, the "extra" warranty that that tell you to buy because it will cover certain things such as scratches on the appliances or as the store rep put it "if your kids scruff up your appliances", etc. were LIES! They don't cover it, they ended up just giving us a $100 Gift Card for their "mistaken info" when we've already paid for the warranty! Was sold 3 Samsung appliances with extended warranties at Home Depot on Cattleman Road in Sarasota. After so many hours on hold with Samsung, Assurion, Home Depot, finally got refrigerator fixed (probably had a lot to do with class action lawsuit against Samsung). When I made first call to Assurion, I reported problem with refrigerator and washing machine (which was in a class action suit also).
