Be very careful when ordering products from Home Depot delivered by courier companies. I am writing here primarily about the Non Stop Delivery courier company with which Home Depot still cooperates, even though it does not deliver parcels or leaves it directly at the door on busy streets. This happened to me when they left a package worth $ 900 at the door and didn't even call me. The courier company was supposed to call my cell phone half an hour before delivery and no one called. I would like to file a complaint regarding Home Depot (Hamden, CT location). I ordered a bedroom custom door in January and it was delayed twice (fine!)... The door is finally delivered and it's the wrong door with another customer's name and PO#. I called and they asked me to come in person. I came in person and they asked me to go home and take a photo of the sticker with the PO# on the side and email it. They gave me the wrong email address twice. I would like to make a formal complaint about a custom HamptonBay cabinet order BY A HOME-DEPOT ASSOCIATE at the Franklin, WI on March 27 2021 February 21, 2021. I placed an order and the chairs were delivered fairly quickly. However, the packaging was severely damaged and parts and instructions were missing from the box. Tried contacting FedEX, no response. I have tried the past two days to contact the Customer Care (LOL - that's a joke) at Home Depot and am put on hold for at least 30 minutes each time and then get hung up on without speaking to anyone. I don't want to be told to contact Customer Care to be put on hold. Customer Care needs to contact ME, not the other way around.

I ordered a new GE refrigerator delivered on 4/30. On 5/1 we realized the refrigerator portion was only cooling to 55 degrees. After many calls, home depot advised they will replace it but not for another 2 weeks!! I have 3 kids. 2 weeks with no fridge food is not acceptable. They told me no loaners available. Now I have $260 worth of spoiled food and no fridge. I should have kept our 15 year old fridgidaire that was working fine.

I ordered a small freezer on-line and paid for delivery. Order # WG35690985. At no time did the website say that delivery was a "drop-off" in my driveway. Now I have to hire someone else to move this appliance into my garage. I am a 73 year old woman living alone. I would never have ordered it if I didn't think it could be put in my garage. Home Depot obviously doesn't care about seniors or customer service. Never again.

Ordered a side by side refrigerator that was supposed to be delivered today between the hours of 9am-1:30pm. I tracked the order online and saw that at 9am I was the 5th scheduled delivery. I kept checking, and by noon, I was the next scheduled delivery per the tracking site. With the help of a family member we took my old fridge and hauled it off since I was expecting the fridge to come soon and I wanted the space open and clean. I went to Home Depot #6353 at 8:00 pm. I walked around the stop asking someone to call for assistant in aisle 2 for shelving. I wait for 30 minutes, it seems like no one wanted to help me. I asked for the store manager and no one wanted to provide me with store manager either. One guy who name is Jonathan said currently serving as the store manager.
