Home depot does not stand behind their brands. I tried to exchange a ryobi product & was denied. The product only lasted for a couple of months & was only used five times. I can't believe they won't even stand behind their own brand. Pathetic.

1 star is 1 too many. My refrigerator was to be delivered on *** 7 by an "F" BBB rated delivery company ******** Final ****** Never showed after I waited from 3 to 9:30pm and was finally told by a Home Depot Customer Service Rep that they would not deliver. Fast forward to the second scheduled delivery today May 10th 2:30 to 6:30. I'm number 16 of 16 deliveries. Number 15 got theirs according to the Friendly ****************** rep. Well Home Depot got me a couple years back on a home air conditioning checkup. Charging me a small fortune to replace a $20.00 part, which I never saw or confirmed was bad. I trusted them so it was my mistake. I have seldom shopped there since. Then in 2021: Well Home Depot at 1140 Malabar rd. Palm Bay, Fl got me again. I bought a Ryobi grass blower a couple months back, and the battery won't hold a charge. I took the battery back a couple days ago, and was told there is no warranty on Ryobi tools or batteries. We thought the idea of having a Home Depot kitchen makeover consultant come to our home to estimate a cabinet refresh and new countertop was appealing. A nice young man in a Home Depot apron walked us through the process and we agreed to start with a new countertop. We signed the paperwork and asked for an email receipt. The Home Depot charged the entire cost of the job. We did not receive the receipt. Home Depot delivered FREEZER on 12/4/2020. I called them on 12/5/2020 to tell them the light inside didn't work. The woman I spoke to told me that since it was within the 3 days it could be replaced. She said since it is the light let's send someone out to see if it is something simple before replacing it. She couldn't get County Wide Applicance here till 12/14/2020, the guy didn't know how to fix it, he had to call into the office and have someone talk him thru it. I wish i can give them 0 star. Homedepot is a company from ****. I purchased a diswasher I purchased a dishwasher and paid installation too, homedepot delivered the package after 3 weeks delay and they just left the dishwasher middle of the kitchen without installing and dishwasher still not installed. They keep giving a installing date and change it again and again. I cannot describe how bad their customer service is. 1) I called them, placed on hold for 30 minutes, finally got in touch with someone. But, they disconnected 2) Called again, 30 min hold, disconnected again 3) Called again, 30 minute hold, they could not answer my question, tried to transfer me to a manager, disconnected 4) Called again, immediately tried to talk to a manager, got transferred to a nonworking number 5) Again calling again. To whom it *** concern, I went to the Home Depot store #6808 where I usually always go for my home needs and business projects. Today I went to get some paint around 3pm in the afternoon.
