Home Depot is costing me SO MUCH money. I ordered a product over 5 weeks ago, and delivery was first a week late. I kept following up and finally got the trucking company tracking number. As a customer I had to follow up all over the weekend, and Monday to get my package delivered AT THEIR STORE! After hours and hours of calling, the door arrived today. Guess what: WRONG DOOR! I purchased this Bagger to use with John Deere tractor that was supposed to be delivered by Home Depot on May 5, 2021. I was informed (after hours I had to spend with Home Depot customer service) that my tractor cannot be located - delivered. No time frame for delivery was available. I canceled my tractor purchase and requested Home Depot to pick-up that Bagger that was previously delivered. See the attached photo of pick-up I am very disappointed with unprofessional customer and delivery services of Home Depot.

Bought a patio table and 4 matching chairs. Although ordered in gray, the table that came was brown and the chairs were gray. Called customer service who told me that there were no other gray tables available , even in the near future. Online Home Depot orders for appliances provide TERRIBLE customer service. No one is held accountable and the customer care specialists love to place you on hold and transfer you. I ordered a Whirlpool washer and dryer on April 20th only because it said the delivery would occur on May 1. It was the only reason I ordered this particular brand. Delivery failed to show up two times.. Had ordered carpet trim for a recent carpet and flooring installation. Delivery fee was reasonable, however on the delivery day no one arrived with our order. I called customer service the next day and it was rescheduled for the following Friday, and was assured they would deliver and they would call 40 minutes prior. I ordered a washer that arrived dented and the installers destroyed the valve to the washer and stripped the hot water line. I've been without a washer for 2 months while I'm potty training my son. Home Depot has yet to resolve this issue. I will not be buying from them. I gave them so much business- purchased kitchen floor, tile, doors. I placed an order for a grill beginning of April for assembly and delivery. I waited a month and called to check on the status and was told it was in the store but waiting to be assembled.
