On 4/29/21 I made a purchase at the Albany Oregon Home D. I was overcharged, which I discovered after paying. The checker said I would have to go to the customer service counter to get a refund. I did just that. At the customer service counter said I would have to provide all sorts of personal information to get my money back for the overcharge. I'm beyond ****** off about my granite install. It took 6 weeks after they measured to get my tops installed. I honestly think they lost me order. I called several times and no one would call me back. On the 5th week I decided to start calling every day and told them if I didn't have them in I was going to cancel my order. They showed up and my sink is now in the middle of my peninsula! It's 8 inches from the front. The seam is hideous. Home depot sent someone out to look at it and he said that was normal. No it's not.

I ordered new exterior doors with installation in December 2020. They got to the store at the end of March 2021. Scheduled the install for May 2021. The DAY OF the install, all the sudden they discover a problem and the doors won't fit! Why the **** did they wait until the day of to find this out?!?! They've had my money since December and now they tell me the re-ordered doors are AT LEAST ANOTHER 6-8 WEEKS. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Horrible experience!!!!! will never buy from again or recommend. I bought a brand new hotpoint electric dryer that was delivered on April 3rd 2021. Since iv got the dryer it takes two 80min cycles to dry one load of laundry. The side of the dryer will shock/zap you if you put your hand on it.And was making a cluckjng nose. Our pastor of our church went to buy a supposedly brand new riding lawnmower and came home with a used one. They did exchange it but the inconvenience of taking it back and load it to our truck and unload it and reload it and unload it again was too much hassle. It should not be if they have sold the brand new riding lawnmower to begin with. I just can't believe that they sell our Pastor a used one. I ordered 3 cases of Mexican Saltillo tile and what I received was a completely different tile from Daletile...this is Not Saltillo tile which 3/4" and solid clay. The tile received is 1/4" ceramic and does not work for my installation type. I am returning this tile to the store tomorrow 5/14/21 in an effort to correct the issue which will delay installation several more days....Additionally, past experiences with the Jasper, Al store delivery system have resulted in new cabinets being destroyed upon delivery, further wrong ... read more
Terrible customer service. They don't honor warranties, put you through multiple hoops and do not resolve issues. Never again will I buy an appliance from them much less a warrantee. Be warned you will,not be happy if you deal with them.
HD pro services will swap your requested product for something they are discontinuing, HD offers matching prices; however, you have to read the fine print where there is a multiple page list of what they won't match price. When paying for delivery they give a 14 hr delivery window, when you call their outsourced call center may give you an ETA and when the outsourced delivery service is 2 hrs late their response is we have no way to tell you when your order might show up.
