If I could give less that 1 star, I would. I have had THE WORST experience with the purchase and installation of a hard surface bathroom floor. It was a nightmare. And trying to get a solution was a nightmare. I hopefully will never have to shop at a Home Depot again. First off, they insisted I had to have asbestos testing done. This company needs an overhaul to it's online experience and "customer service". Place an order on April 26th, tracking shows shipped April 27th, with delivery of April 29th. Nothing showed up. I have been charged, and no product. I have "spoken" with 5 different call centre employees, and get the same response. "Someone will get back to me." No one has gotten back to me. On May 11, 2021, I ordered from Home Depot online an HVAC hose, Gates part #28095 (Order #WAxxxxxxxx) and requested that it be delivered to the Surprise, AZ store for my pickup. On May 18th, I received an email from Home Depot thanking me for picking up the part and a request to complete a customer survey. I ordered my fiancé some sockets on May 10th, my package said "estimated delivery by the end of the day on May 13th" of course no delivery or update of any kind. Worst Delivery Experience! I purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot and they claimed that it would be free delivery and installation. When the team dropped the dishwasher off, they left the box in the kitchen and when I asked about the installation, they said "that is no their problem, I can call the number listed on the receipt". I purchased a Maytag washer and dryer from Home Depot, January 15 2021. March 11, the washer flooded my home. After I file on insurance I will be out of pocket 1000.00 deductible. I had to leave my home for 4 days while drying out and repairs began. The washer was down for 3 weeks. Fast forward a grand 2 weeks... Bought and paid for a John Deere lawnmower in store and scheduled it for delivery. Day of delivery comes and no lawnmower. Contacted the store and was told that the $2000 lawnmower that I paid for had been sold to someone else. My husband and I purchased a G&E refrigerator on March 13th 2021 to be delivered to our home. Upon delivery the deliver guys damaged not only our brand new fridge they also damaged our front door and threshold.
