Worst customer service I've ever attempted to work with. It is May 28th. I ordered 3 doors on March 13th. One door was delivered April 22nd. I was charged $2000 for all 3 doors. The other 2 doors have been missing ever since. Shipper FastMile said they attempted to leave them on 4/30. They didn't call and I was here all day. No doors. Don't get carpet with them! They offer free installation as a gimmick. We paid for the entire service up front in full in order for them to schedule the install for a specific date they offered us, but when the day came, the installer was a no call no show. The install crew I called to check in was a joke. No one told me out right what was happening and why no one is here to do the service! Purchased Freezer online April 27/21; charged right away, delivery was a nightmare, no one knew where or who had the freezer! I managed to track it down. The freezer was defective, called Home Depot May 7/21 for return and replacement; the unit was reported within 36 hours of receipt. Indicated that they had stock and would send a new unit. I ordered a patio set from Home Depot, Hampton Bay. I received the patio chairs three weeks ago, and have yet to receive the table. I called customer service the night I got the chairs and was informed the table would come in by the end of the week, it did not. I purchased carpet and 7 day rapid installation service was free and promised to get it installed in 7 days. After I purchased, the installer service company called and said that they are going to install after 12 days. Ordered a lawn mower online at homedepot.com - first mistake. When it was delivered, it broke the very first time we used it. We didn't even make a full lap around a 1/3 acre square. Home Depot in Derby, CT has been absolutely awful to deal with. To make a long story short (I couldn't even write the amount of things that have gone wrong), the past six months have been awful. Home depot does not do quality assurance on their product. Ordered backsplash tiles that came 50% discoloured or chipped. The tiles took two week to arrive after placing online order so I could not wait another two weeks for a new shipment. So I cut out each of the damaged tile with an exacto knife and placed them on the wall one by one but first had to go through the whole batch to sort out the damaged ones.
