Purchased windows for my house....they were installed on May 4, 2021. During the installation, one of the windows in the very front of my house was broken (by installer). I was given a number to call and I spoke with ****, Installation Service Manager. He told me that an order would be put in and if I hadn't heard anything in a week to call back. Dealing with Home Depot Canada has been a nightmare. First they were supposed to install a shed I purchased from them. The day they were supposed to install it, they did a no show. The window was noon to 5 pm. They finally called at 5:30 pm to tell me they weren't going to show up.... They rescheduled for the next day for 8 am, but didn't show up until 8:30 am. On Friday May 28th 2021 at approx 8pm I discovered a puddle of water on the hardwood floor next to the window in the dining room. The water is coming from the bottom of the window and is leaking inside the wall and outside the wall from the siliconed area onto the Sheetrock and making it's way to the hardwood floor resulting in damage to the Sheetrock and floor. I've been waiting for my order placed May 17th, it is now May 30th and after half a dozen attempts to find out where my tubes are, Home Depot customer service say's, "I should wait a little while longer". Well, my tractor needs the tubes to get the ground ready to plant seed and mother nature can't wait any longer! I'll get my tubes and anything else I need elsewhere!

I went to my local Home Depot and placed an order for some lumber and misc. building materials for my room addition project (lumber orders must be made in person). I spent over $1800 for the items and paid extra for job site/home delivery. It was Wednesday and I was given a delivery date on the upcoming Saturday. I told the sales associate that I had to have the the order on Saturday and would need to cancel the order if this was not possible. I bought and paid for carpet in my home on 4/12/21. Three rooms of carpet. I waited and waited after being told 3 to 4 weeks. I show up at the store on 5/28/21 and find out that they no longer have an installer, which they have known for weeks. And to add to this they asked me if I was there to take my carpet with me (wtf)??!! No one called to inform me of this problem no one offered a resolution. This has cost me time and even more money. The Home Depot is not what they advertise.

Horrible service waiting all day for delivery and they make me stayed for all day and no apologies received that they will not going to delivery my appliance. When I called they were transferring me from department to department and after waiting for almost 23 minutes they hang up.. no leadership what so ever people just don't care not even managers. What they need to stock is new employee's that are hungry for work and not lazy ones that they hiding under the Shields .. shame on them And this is the san fernando or foothill... read more

On the HomeDepot website, they market their card to customers by stating that applying for their credit card, they will be credited $25.00 dollars thus lowering their payment. THIS IS A LIE!. After completing a few purchases, I have not received a credit, but I was made to PAY on the card TWO WEEKS after receiving it. I called customer service and they told me that it would take up to TWO Business cycles (months) to receive the credit -- this would be long after I have paid off the card. #HomeDepot #buyerbeware #shouldhavegonetolowes On May 3 2021, my dad, Peter Smith bought a GE Dishwasher at Home Depot in Douglasville, GA. The delivery date was set for May 14. The installers came out with dishwasher, unboxed it and left it sitting in the garage. The installer checked the shut off valve, it wouldn't shut off the water under sink. The dishwasher couldn't be installed, because installers don't replace valves. My dad had the repair for the shut off valve done that afternoon! He was told to call Home Depot Mond... read more
