I will remove/correct this review once The Home Depot corrects our problem. On Friday our Washer and Dryer were delivered. The Washer was put in on the left and the dryer on the right. The delivery man said it would be easier so that both doors would open from the inside. Originally our dryer was on the left. Now here's the problem. What a miserable experience with Home depot. On 2/26 we purchased a Frigidaire Galley microwave to replace the original as it stopped working after 36 months. We had all the appliances from the same manufacture and new cabinets installed by the contractor of this fully remodeled condo. This is by far the worse store in the chain!! I purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator in store at the Canton location April 10th and paid for delivery to my upstairs. The fridge was delivered April 30th and they delivered to my front porch and would not take it upstairs which I paid extra to have it moved upstairs. An appliance order was placed April 17, 2021 for a washer,dryer & pedestals. I set up a delivery date of 5/29/21. I was told the delivery team would call me the night before with a time window. An automated system called and asked if 3-7pm would be acceptable, I accepted. Around 6:40 the next day I called to check the status of the delivery and was informed that my order was removed from the schedule and there was no explanation why, and there was no explanation why I was not called and informed. I had chosen Home Depot for my flooring need and picked a flooring, which I did not know, that was a special order. I waited 3 months for the flooring. It eventually arrived and when the installation folks came to install, they found the wood flooring defective and therefore did not want to have the liability to install. If I could give a zero star rating, I would. We are hardworking, considerate front line workers who worked tirelessly throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and saved to remodel our kitchen. If I could give negative stars I would. It all started May 18th when we placed an order for a lawn mower via Home Depot's website. The estimated delivery date was May 23rd. We opted for delivery with package removal. Everything seemed to go smoothly. Fast forward to May 27th and our lawn mower had still not arrived. Home Depot brags about their discount for the active and retired military. However, I learned again this afternoon that the discount frequently doesn't apply. Check-out clerk could only state that the item I was purchasing was not eligible for military discount. The only way you can find out that an item is NOT covered is when you are paying. This is the 3rd time ordering from Home Depot and everytime I am faced with UPS Shipping in Canada. They say they don't have my address, and it will cost $7.00 to make it go to a store. I will return the item for a full refund and never do busin ess again with Home Depot because of UPS
