Absolute worst shipping experience EVER!! Three times! They have no idea how to ship things. Two items were LOST...never delivered and it took weeks for them to refund me. I wish I could give a zero rating. It was like pulling teeth to get a refund, even though I never received the items. Wow...who is responsible for running this place??? The top guy should be fired...like yesterday.

I purchased a new Laundry room sink with faucet from Home depot. installed the sink and faucet connections as instructions said. upon removing the cabinet from the box I noticed it is cracked from top to bottom. The cabinet base is cracked and separating at the corner. First thing on instructions says if you have issues please do not take back to store. Call this number. So I did. Customer service rep said. No problem, we will have manufacturer send you new cabinet and base. (good because we have an event at our house an at ... read more

Home Depot Chesterfield MI, I received the worst service regarding a fridge purchase. I explained to the sales individual I need to replace a 10 to 15 year old fridge. It took quite a while to find something that was actually in stock and could be delivered in reasonable timeframe. When the new fridge arrived the individuals pulled my fridge out and look a picture, then moved the new fridge into my garage, THEN LEFT. Home Depot really lacked any communication and professionalism in dealing w a grill that I had ordered from them. It took five weeks to arrive, and the process in tracking it down required significant effort on my part. Getting a hold of the right person to talk to was impossible. Was promised multiple callbacks which always went unfulfilled. So disappointed.

I received the worst customer service of my life with the shipping company J & J Tristate Delivery, they use to deliver our special order window. Our window sat in the warehouse of the shipping company for one month. We called them numerous times. They cancelled the delivery 4 times with no notice. We always had to get back to them to discover the delivery was cancelled 4 times. Home Depot told us the window would arrive at our home in around one month. It took 3 months. I will never shop at Home Depot ever again!!!!

Serious Price gouging on lumber. 1 premium 2x4x8 was 2.48. and now is 10.98 for ONE.

We were sent a deck box with damaged parts. We were promised they would send us a new part. Two months later we are still waiting. We have sent several emails, contacted them by text, and phone always to be disconnected. We will no longer purchase products from this organization. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our wasted time with them well over 20 hours. So frustrating.

I have been waiting four weeks for a washer and dryer to be delivered and installed. the delivery people lie. Support people including the manager of the home depot store i ordered from have no clue and no power to solve delivery and installation problems and lies. i will never order appliances from home depot again. So far two times they said they came to install the washer and dryer, I have been home all day both times. they never showed up and they never came to the front door.
