I ordered patio furniture from Home Depot in Johnstown, PA on 4/5/21, There were no sets available in the store, so the clerk did an on-line order in the store while I was there, scheduled for delivery on 4/26/21. Call, after call, after call, by me to both the Johnstown store and the main Home Depot 800 number finally resulted in a return robo call saying my furniture would be delivered on 5/20/21 and I did not need to be home, which was good because I was on vacation. I purchased a $2700.00 washer/dryer & pedestal from Nampa Idaho Home Depot store May 1st, 2021. Delivery scheduled for June 5th. Was told will call day before and 1 hour before delivery. No calls. So we called and to our surprised was told something was wrong account was locked couldn't see info. Called back hour later no resolved information. Trying to order an appliance online is like pulling teeth. First it didn't allow us to enter a shipping address, so it ended up being shipped to the on file address- we no longer live there. Called to cancel the order, they said we could get cash for our gift card in store tomorrow. Reordered the appliance immediately because the current one is broken and we need a new one ASAP. I bought a new John Deere 54-in zero turn radius lawn mower. They told me they had belts oil filter and blades for this lawn mower when I bought it the reason I bought this was I did not want to have to travel 50 miles to get parts. A steer cylinder fell off 2 weeks after I bought it and the belt broke one month after I bought it. I went to get a belt for it today and they do not stock the belt so I had to drive 50 miles to get one. I got to like the Ryobi line at Home Depot and have purchased quite a few items. I've had no issues with any items however I purchased the Ryobi 40V mower almost 3 years ago. I just recently started having issues with the mower stopping repeatedly a few times. Looks like a switch contact issue. Since the warranty is 3 years, it would be done this fall. Received coupon for $75 off in March 2021. Used it on a purchase of over $600 April 3rd and was told that they would credit it from my account in 1 to 2 billing cycles. Got the 1st statement paid part of it then later the same month paid off all but $75 that should be credited by 2nd billing. Billing came in and they will be crediting back the $9.62 I paid in interest (in another 1 to 2 billing cycles) they see where I should be receiving the $75 and have sent it over to their partners that handle that and that will take ano... read more

Been trying to make a lumber order online all week. No matter what payment method I use, no matter what browser I use, no matter what date I select for delivery, the site gets to the last part of payment processes than errors out, taking me back to the front page. Home Depot is quickly losing a $400+ sale cause their website refuses to take orders. Have to have it for this weekend and it looks like that isn't happening because your site doesn't work at all.

I ordered a play set from them "Swing n Slide" brand online and I have been waiting for 2 months to be shipped. I have been in communication with Home Depot customer service foe this entire time. They responded by supposedly calling the vendor for an update and said the play set is waiting on a part before it gets shipped out. Ordered a lawn mover for delivery was given a week it would arrive. Never narrowed down by Home Depot. Basically you have to wait daily to see if it shows up. If you aren't there and it's delivered through a 3rd party delivery service they just leave it, take a picture to prove they delivered it and don't call ahead to even let you know when it will be arriving.
