If I could select -5 then I would select that . This store is not even deserving of a single star. First they shipped the wrong product to the customer and then tell the customer they can't take it back because it's too heavy. They finally get the product back on the truck... And I should mention this error on their part caused me to lose the job. I placed and order for a garage door in March 2021. It was to be delivered in April. As of today I still not received the door. I get so many excuses it is exhausting. I was told 3 weeks ago it will be delivered by June 10-11. Well we are now June 17th and no door. I keep getting apologies for the late delivery (late is beyond words) They keep telling me they are tracking it and will call me in two days. Had purchased a 40volt push lawnmower from here and it stopped working so I called the store and had original receipt and was told to bring it back to the store and they would replace it so drove almost 20 miles to store and once their the same guy I spoke with and gave original purchase date and once their the manager told me they could not take it back due to the time of purchase and was not covered under warrenty which upset me big time due to calling and giving all information off of original receipt and driving all the ... read more

Where to begin - We asked for a quote from Home Depot as we needed to replace the carpet on 2 levels of our home. The first measurer who came out missed some things that I caught after they emailed a quote to me so they had to send another guy out to remeasure. Your outdated inventory system waste your customers and employees time. It looks like it was built in 1991. After calling multiple stores because your inventory system admittedly sucks, I drove an hour find out the patio set I wanted was actually just the table. DO NOT order online. Just...don't. Needed a small hand cart. Checked Amazon, my old reliable, but prices seemed slightly high. Ordered from Home Depot instead. Big mistake. Package was delivered 5 days after the date it was supposed to be. Mangled package and part of the order missing. I purchased carpet and set up an install date of June 3rd. I was then notified that that date was not possible and they would contact me to set up another date. I was then contacted and that the June 3rd date would be the date so I moved all the furniture out of the room again. I was then told that the date would have to be moved the 11th of June. I will never do service with Home Depot again because when you signed up a contract to put up a gate what they put on paperwork it is not what they do. Home Depot hired outside contractors to do the service but they didn't get the job done. The gate is broken in less than a year still they want to fix. Home Depot has very poor customer service. I am waiting for the delivery of a $623 item. I received a note that it was shipped 2 weeks ago. I continued to track the delivery via UPS and the item continues to remain at the supplier. I spoke to Managers of "Customer Service" 5 times and was told that they had called the supplier with no answer and sent emails with no response.
