I bought a Whirlpool refrigerator at the Texarkana Home Depot on July 7, 2019. The sales person talked me into buying a five year extended warranty, but neglected to tell me that the warranty was not backed by Home Depot. Home Depot= Thief with Bad Customer service I had two big projects with Home depot: #1_New four electric blinds I purchased in November 2018 with Thanksgiving black Friday 25% promotion. I purchased a LG Stove around February and was delivered May 20. We waited a long time for this stove to replace our faulty stove. When the stove was delivered, we noticed the drawer on the bottom part of the stove has a defect and it wouldn't open the drawer itself. I ordered three large kitchen appliances on May 31st. Gave me a June 15th delivery date. On delivery date I was given a six hour timeframe for delivery. I gave away stove and had Five coolers of food awaiting the new fridge. They called me at 7:40 PM and said they would not be coming. The next available date would be June 22?!! AWFUL!!!! I requested a quote to do some flooring in my master bedroom and vanity/closet area and when I had to change products I was informed that doing the trap door to my craw space would cost another $160 which was NOT included in the original quote. The salesperson was not particularly helpful, products for finishing didn't seem to be available. Hidden charges for delivery of products were not included in my quote either. Home Depot had an in store special on Ryobi the week of June 4th. They were out of stock and on June 5th I ordered on line. Their tracking g system said I would receive it by June 17th which was changed to June 11th.Shipped in 2 packages. On June 11th 1 of the packages was delivered to the store and the second package should be at the store on June 21st. I called the store and now it will be maybe June 26th. But on line it said it was at the store. Do not by on line from Home Depot.

Bought a washing machine at Home Depot. Paid extra for them to set it up and remove the old one. Logistics, whom they contract out delivery service, did neither . They came and dropped off the new one. Spoke to my son but could not understand them. We later heard that they couldn't shut the water off it was corroded. Home Depot does not care that my HVAC started breaking down within months of being installed and has continued to break down every few months after that. They do not even care that I am a senior citizen that had to sit in a 90+ degree house for 4 days while waiting on yet another part to come. I have been asking for this unit to be replaced every time it breaks down but they just keep sending their technicians to "fix" it.
