My daughters ordered patio furniture for fathers day from USA through homedepot.ca. Based on the pictures and descriptions on their website, it should have come with stationery chairs but it didn't. I have been trying to resolve this issue for 2 weeks now but they keep giving me the run around. The biggest problem I have is not only the dropped the huge box in front of my stairs no one knew they were coming. Our experience with this HD was a nightmare and we ended up canceling our flooring job a month and a half into it. The people in the flooring department do not know how to process there orders and installs correctly and wasted a lot of our time. we got a measurement done and I received a 22 page .pdf estimate that only stated, let me know if you have any questions. This is about an order for a 22KW GENERAC Generator My first order was placed at the stored in Home Depot at Dunvale St. in Houston TX in April 2021. I called 3 weeks later and they told me the unit had been "LOST", no one knows till today what happened. And they never communicated that to me, I had to call them to find out. Went on.ine for tile installation quote. Tol everyone along process that I had the tile already. Was told by everyone "not a problem." Had to go to the store to get the quote. Store manager helped me. Again Was told no problem they'd take the cost of tile off the quote. Said he'd get a new quote and call. Get a call from another person and she tells me, no, they only install if you buy from Home Depot. So week later and $50 poorer, I'm back to square one. What a scam! I will never use Home Depot again. I paid in full for tile installation (no other choice) on May 17. First available install date was July 5! Now they have changed and moved back install date to July 28! They will have had my money for 2 months/11 days, if I actually do get my tile installed by that date. My house is in disarray because of furniture being moved out. Buyer BEWARE!

I ordered two items last week online from Home Depot. The items were shipped separately and scheduled to arrive to me yesterday. One of the packaged showed up via FedEx. The second item appeared as delivered by UPS but I was unable to locate the package. After contacting Home Depot's customer care team I was advised that UPS left the package at the incorrect address and would correct the issues. To whom it may My dad entered into a contract to replace all the windows on our house. My dad passed mid contract and I assumed the contract afterwards.ÂTo put it lightly, I have had a less then favorable experience with my Home Depot purchased windows and installation. Worst company ever. They hired a 3rd party carpet installation company that stole my phone and it was so obvious. They are contracted through Home Depot "who you would think it reputable". I reported that they stole my phone and they just said "we asked if they took it and they said no. So there is nothing we can do". They moved the furniture that my phone was on and I looked up and down and covered every nook and cranny. It was gone! Posted a negative review of countertop experience and every time I post it they reject my review. Ordered countertops on February 1, 2021 and they (2 pieces) were installed May 24, 2021. I was told 6 to 8 weeks for installation due to Covid and it took 16 weeks. There are chips in the seam of the countertops. The installation people tried several times to fix the seam and the chips still show.
