Customer's should be advised against using this company's High Credit Card. My elderly brother who is somewhat disabled was lured into getting this card at a promise of a discount. A 60.00 bill has turned into $115.00. MY brother tried to pay this bill before it reached this amount. He went into the store to pay it, but his check was denied. I special ordered three blinds over 72" wide, one box was delivered to the Virginia Beach Blvd store and the box was crushed and re-taped at both ends. When I got home to install it all the hardware was missing, including the closing wand. The other two blinds were delivered to my house, the boxes were in perfect shape except one was missing the closing wand. We have been dealing with Home Depot for many 15 years, since i purchased my home. Always paid cash because we are not ones to really use credit card until Couple years back after receiving 1000 credit card offers from them. 3 weeks ago my wife and i purchased a oven and over the range microwave. Salesman tells us delivery date will be July 8th, deliveryman will call beforehand and let you know times. The Delivery truck calls the and says he will be there the next day between 2pm and 6pm, someone 18 and over has to be home. ... read more

I dropped a Ryobi battery powered lawn mower off to be repaired under warranty on 5/14/2021 . I called today July 8th 2021 and Home Depot contacted the repair center and I was called back by the manager Lisa, she stated the mower wasn't shipped out until June 9th and that I should wait another 15 days for the repair canter to contact me. The problem is the repair center hasn't even received my lawn mower! I purchased this lawn mower from Home Depot, and this is how they treat there customers? Ordered a father day gift online. Still waiting on it. Called today and several other days and it was never sent. Now that product is out of stock. Can't get to a manager(online) to discuss my unhappiness. Now willing to send it but have to wait again for it to be delivered. Was told they would make me happy and make me a deal for dealing with this. Sending product out today but had to pay again and they refund some of my money back to me. Won't buy from Home Depot again!!

While shopping at Langford Home Depot Garden Center I was bullied belittled and basically called a liar by a cashier on June 29th 2021 over the price of some lily's. The manager Mike decided to ignore my complaint so I am posting this.

We had storm windows installed a couple of months ago. There were pending items that they were supposed to fix within a couple of days. So far, after dozens of phone calls, text messages, voice mails, and emails, the work is still pending. They ran out of standard excuses so now they don't even pick up the phone. To be fair, they did schedule the installer to come over multiple times, but he never showed up. I went into Home Depot at 92nd and Peoria to purchase carpet. I had scheduled the in-house estimate. To make a long story short, both the carpet installer and Home Depot came up with the same amount of square footage, but because of the way carpet is sold, the carpet installer (contracted by Home Depot) told me I would have to purchase an additional 52 sf of carpet for $275 (that I do not need), and would be left behind for me. A $10,000 window service project was cancelled by Home Depot LESS THAN 24 HOURS before the installation was supposed to take place. 4 months in waiting, 25% deposit, 2 days wages and hours removing all window treatments. No reschedule date offered from home Depot. It's always "someone dropped the ball" when attempting to contact a manager.
