Buyers beware!!! When you purchase a countertop from Home Depot, understand that they subcontract to a third party. The third party becomes their representative. Home Depot customer services are poor. My floor was damaged 05.05.21 during a delivery and Home Depot could care less. Do Not Reccomend using them.

I ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot. It was installed today. They got here early which was nice. They were done with the installation in about 30 minutes and left. I went to wash my hands and have no hot water in my sink. When you turn on the hot nothing comes out. I ordered a edger attachment for my ryobi Weed Wacker . I received an email stating it was delivered but I never received it. I called customer service and they told me I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I just want my money back or the product that I ordered. I will never oder online from home depot again.
We ordered a LG oven and microwave April 28th. . They were supposed to be delivered on June 1st. LG canceled the delivery. The 2nd delivery date was June 10th between 7am-11am it never came. The 3rd delivery date was today June 29th between 1-5 pm it also came. I have no idea how you can tell people it's on a truck and will be delivered but never shows up. This has been pain in full since June 3rd. I will be going in the morning to get our money back. Horrible customer service and delivery

Do not ever by flooring from home depot. 3 times in my life in 2 homes they could not get there stuff together. Its better to go to a name brand flooring store. And they just dont seem to care if they did you wrong or not. The 1st time they screwed me over was in my old house they refunded me money back say they can do things and when the installer comes changes to no. 2nd and 3rd time is in our new home they lost over 15,000.00 because there people have no clue

Best Customer Service Ever We were at the Home Depot - Copans in Pompano Beach on Saturday June 26th looking for a ceiling fan. I saw one that suited us the best, but the gal in the lighting department told us they didn't have it in stock. Store did not update online supply levels. Because of this, I bought two fans online during the record heat weekend 06/26/2021. When I get to the store, I am told that it was their mistake. I spoke with a manager and he assured me that I would get a refund for my order by Monday, 06/28/2021. DO NOT order from them online! Do not expect delivery on time or even near expected delivery date! ZERO STAR REVIEW Such a bad business practice to blatantly lie about "expected" delivery dates on products just to make the sale.
