We went to home depot in Delran and ordered kitchen cabinets with an 18 month interest free coupon. The cabinets the woman at the store ordered were 2 different types. We had to bring them back and run around to all home depot stores to match up cabinets. The delran store manager took 10% off our bill. That seemed nice at the time, but it avoided our 18 month interest free. The Delran store manager assured us it would not. But today I had to pay this in full after 6 months to avoid paying interest. My husband I trusted that Home Depot would only allow companies in good standing to be in their store bothering customers to use their services. Home Depot Online order Ref **XXXXXXXX I placed this order online in June. Site stated Estimated Delivery Date of 22-28 Jun 2020. RCVD Email site sent me stating shipped 18June20. Relocating an order to another warehouse isn't shipped. This item hasn't tendered for shipping by estes. Means sitting in warehouse still. Estes(HD shipper) suggests it may arrive 14July20. I went into Home Depot at 92nd and Peoria to purchase carpet. I had scheduled the in-house estimate. To make a long story short, both the carpet installer and Home Depot came up with the same amount of square footage, but because of the way carpet is sold, the carpet installer (contracted by Home Depot) told me I would have to purchase an additional 52 sf of carpet for $275 (that I do not need), and would be left behind for me. Home Depot keeps rejecting my reviews. This has now angered me so much that I am leaving my review everywhere I can so that I can spread the word about how horrible this company is. Trustpilot, BBB, Facebook, Twitter, Yelp, Foursquare, Google Reviews...ANYWHERE I can find. Shopping online with Home Depot has been a nightmare. I have been trying to place a purchase for over 2 weeks now, but orders keep getting cancelled with no reason. The help from customer service has been horrible as no one can do anything but talk in circles and tell you to talk to someone else. They have held large amounts of money 'hostage' while I wait for refunds for cancelled orders. Waiting has also caused many of the appliances to go out of stock which when asked if they can hold them, they can do not have the power ... read more
I paid $2,234.80 for 4 sets of Bi-fold Doors in full on July 24, 2020, to Scott ****** He advised me that the door have to be custom-made and will take 6 - 8 weeks before doors will be delivered. I went to Home Depot (Store 1902 Evanston) on September 5, 2020, advised doors came in on September 3, 2020, and they would contact the installer (Zedonis ******* to make an appointment. I called Home Depot on September 11, 2020, I spoke with Nate, and he apologized for the delay since the new employee never contacted the installer.... read more

Their website is the worst! If you sort by price, it looks like it's sorting but then all of a sudden something out of sort order shows up. If you aren't paying attention, you could buy something expensive thinking it was cheaper. Also, when you try to find a way on their website to file a complaint, if you type "complaint" in the search box, you get product!!! Not a way to contact customer service. I would give a less than one star if possible. I purchased a refrigerator on 6/16/21 at the Kuykendahl location. The sales person was nice and advised the first available delivery date would be 6/28/21 and I would receive a call providing a four hour window time before close of day 6/27/21. When I had not heard anything by 6:00 PM that day I called the number I was provided but they were closed. I then called the Kuykendahl location directly.
