Home Depot is ridiculous, how is it you spend your money with them and you want to change your delivery option and they have it set up so ridiculous that you are unable. I had too cancel a time that I volunteered for because of this. I am so not ordering anything that I can not pick up at their store.

I purchased a gas stove with conversion kit at the store. The installer showed up requesting an additional $300 that was not discussed in the store even though I informed the store of my LP gas requirement. I could not reject the stove because I would not have time to order another before my hold was to be sold. I called the store and they had me call the Home Depot Installation Hotline. Customers should be advised about this company's lack of professional service and delivery teams . HomeDepot.com Placed an order online via PayPal. My PayPal shows it still pending, Home Depot shows it pending, but customer services shows it stopped for payment. The payment never even attempted to process and PayPal still shows pending. I received no notification that the order was cancelled/had an issue. I bought an air conditioning unit from Home Depot in person, and I was told this unit qualified for a $1,600 back promotion. Not only did they not allow me to redeem this promotion, but the unit installation was constantly being delayed without notice by the company. When I went to the same place in Home Depot that sold me the unit, they told me there is nothing they can do and even the manager of this Home Depot store told me "This is not my problem, it's between you and the business that the unit is being installed with." ... read more

Spent almost 10k on multiple appliances that we DIDNT EVEN like much but MADE sure they were IN STOCK and could have been delivered ASAP. Over 2 weeks later still don't have NONE NOT EVEN ONE piece of order. Everytime I call they come out with different excuses and theories on where my appliances are. Can't RETURN my MONEY back because they say that appliances are on their way to me. That is not fair business practice.

We ordered a dishwasher and went store (Kenner store Louisiana) to pick up at the customer service today . After waiting for over hours, our technician went to the service desk to find out what's going on. I purchased a plant online from Home Depot and they asked for my review. I sent them the following..... "The plant looked good in the plastic container when it arrived. It was totally dried out and root bound so bad that it almost died when I planted it. Fortunately I was able to salvage that $51.00 investment and barely nursed it back to health." Recently bought a dishwasher online purchased installation/haul off. Delivered the wrong day. The item was for a rnetal home so timing is everything had to cancel and reorder delivered but installer doidn't have the proper parts. Ordered a 3rd time dleivered and DID NOT haul off the old which I paid for. All an all a nightmare. This has been the worst experience and no customer service rep to talk to about their performance. I would give less than one star if it was available.
