Ordered dishwasher july 9th didn't receive it yet they rescheduled my delivery fir August 6th without asking me Never again

I purchased a washer and dryer via cash at the end of June. Home Depot put my address in wrong twice so I ended up canceling my order before they were even delivered. Since I paid cash Home Depot told me it will take 30 day to get a check mailed to me for my refund. Also took an additional 5 days to process. They took my money and are basically taking their time to pay me back my $2,600. Do not pay cash at Home Depot!

Military Highway store in Norfolk VA. I went in to purchase a new tool box, some tools, an air compressor, and some other odds and ends. The first person I spoke to about the toolbox (item # 1004-323-026) acted like I was bothering him, wasn't truthful in his answers, and directed me to customer service. I recently had one of the worst experiences ever with Homedepot.com. I ordered an item (cost $1400) and never received it when I was told it was being delivered based on tracking information. I called the delivery company many times and got the run around always being told it would be delivered the next day. This happened for almost 2 weeks. I have been a customer for many years at the Home Depot in Taylor Michigan on Penn St till I had to deal with Carlos the manager. He did not honor my Lowes 10% coupon on July 27th. However the manager the previous day did. The Home depot in Allen Park had no problem taking my coupons as well with no manager over ride. But when I asked Carlos to he seemed angry and I was intimidated as he came up on me. Stay far away from Home Depot in Taylor on Penn st. I will deal with Lowes or Home Depot in Allen Park

Inferior carpet and NO service after the sale. I've been trying for 10 months just to get someone to come to my house and look at the carpet issues we're having. They never call back. They never follow through. But your carpet from anywhere else!!

I wish I'd read these reviews before buying my appliance at Home Depot. They have a contract with a third party delivery service which has awful customer service. After rescheduling my delivery 3 times they told me my appliance is damaged and would need to be reordered. On the 1st delivery attempt they stated I wasn't home, which I was and I later learnt that they call prior to the delivery and if you don't pick up, they assume you are not home. I was witness to one of those "calls" which does not even ring on my end before ... read more

Watch out if you buy wood from this crooks. They sale you less than what you pay for and less than the price label. Labels for all their wood says four inches, six inches. Yes if you measure the wood is usually missing half an inch or even a full inch.

Never have Home Depot install a dishwasher again or any major appliance for that matter after we had such a hassle with our Bosh install. I am now going on the 5th "install" with them - first, they didn't have the hose and electric plug to complete the install - second try a week later they came back out and again, without the hose and electric plug with them! Third try, they had the part to "install" but did not have the Kick-Plate screws nor the top mount brackets to anchor to the under-counter. Fourth install, just happen... read more
