I'm a remodel contractor and I have sent clients to the depot to pick out flooring and they complain that they were pressured into having the depot installed the supplies, they didn't and they went elsewhere for there flooring supplies!!! I have stopped using them all together.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their customer service is terrible. Their stores are very accessible and I have kept going back. But the last 2 incidents were so egregious that I would feel foolish returning. Recently, I ordered several products online. Five to be exact. Three of the items were delivered to MY house. Two were not. My roommate was home. Fedex told me to have Home Depot file a loss complaint. I asked Home Depot several times to file a loss complaint with Fedex, but they refused. I do have a pro account and overall very happy with the central and north Plano,TX stores. this complain has nothing to do with local stores. The complain is about the customer care center that Home Depot using when you calling Home Depot help phone number and then choose options 7, 6 and 2. I called around 11:40 CST Sun 8/8/2021. One of the employees named Louis answered the phone. after a short conversation and so many interrupts while I was explaining the issue, he either put me on hold or transferred me to another number... read more

The company shipped a defective product then stated that could not deliver a replacement on a weekend and we would have to wait over a month for a replacement.
It was horrible it's been raining my receipt was destroyed I spend thousands at home depot a year and I purchased. 98 dollar husky belt but destroyed my receipt I went to the store to try and get help returning it for store credit just to keep buying things Thru them anyway and they tried to say we could only give u 47 dollars because we don't know if u got it when it was on sale so we have to give u that minimum mind u the belt is brand new still has all the original packing this is the homedepot in Carolina beach road in W... read more

we ordered a GE combination washer/dryer on order number WA99201353, they promised to deliver it yesterday between 2:30 and 6:30 PM, at about 4:30 PM we were told the wrong unit was on the truck and the crew was done delivering for the day, I checked my paperwork against the serial number they gave me to find it was indeed the correct unit. We just want our money back!!! We never received it!!! Tom . Thanks!
I will not order from Home Depot again, since they use Final Forward Mile for deliveries. The truck arrived, about 4 hours before they were expected. They removed the old stove from the house and brought in the new one and was ready to leave. We told them they were meant to install it. They insisted that they weren't. We pulled it up online to show them. They man then looked at his paper and admitted that they were meant to install it. But, he said that they didn't have the parts to do so. After four attempts to buy appliances from Home Depot which started on May 29th I have canceled all my orders with them terminated my commercial account and remove their app from my phone. No accountability no customer service try to get information on appliances connecting me with people working from their house with kids screaming in the background I will never deal with the Home Depot again.
