My luxury vinyl plank flooring materials were literally MELTING in the sun because of home depot's negligence! I ordered custom flooring and installation from home depot. I paid them over $6,000 for vinyl plank install. They dragged their feet with the materials delivery scheduling, which pushed my install out by 2 months (after taking my money, mind you) and the flooring install department NEVER answers the phone at the stadium store (the location I purchased from). I placed an online order this morning for one (1) item. A hold was paced on my debit card for the amount of the item and I received a confirmation email from Home Depot. Two hours later I received an email notifying me of the cancellation of the order due to not actually having the product in stock. I am beyond disappointed and dissatisfied with the kitchen department and managers at this store. I placed my order for JSI cabinets on July 2nd with an expected delivery date of August 10. With my contractor on standby, I came to the store and personally talked to the kitchen department and they couldn't confirm my delivery date. I've emailed and no response. Paid $2,300 for Samsung Washer and Dryer on July 29th. We were told it would be delivered on Aug 3rd. On Aug 10th we received a call from delivery personnel that they were so damaged "they weren't even going to load them on the truck." It's the 16th and Home Depot says they have to wait for the appliances to return to the warehouse to refund the money. Just had a very disappointing experience with Homedepot MDO and the delivery team. I've have been waiting on my stove for about a month now. Was told my delivery was on a Friday between the hours of 1:30-5:30. They came at 11:00am (no call informing me that they needed to deliver early) which no one was home at that time. When my daughter got to my house at 1:00pm there was a note on the door. This company is beyond incompetent. We ordered a toilet with install on 8/2. Their plumber called and called before we were even scheduled to have the toilet. Then, the toilet due date arrived, but no toilet was ever found. We were told we can't have a refund for FIVE days. SIX days past the due date and still no toilet. The associates LIED, claiming a new arrival date... The 13th, the 16th. They suggested we go to the store... NEVER. Our local store is disgusting and this was purchased online for convenience! I ordered an item last Saturday 8/7 with the understanding that it would be delivered on Thursday 8/12. The delivery date was changed several times and is now scheduled for Monday 8/16. I wasted all day yesterday waiting for the delivery as it was scheduled for Saturday 8/14 and failed to appear. This is unacceptable and NOT the terms I agreed to. We got a washing machine at the end of March (2021) and by the middle/end of April (2021) it stopped working. They had someone come out and said they needed to replace some parts. It is now the middle of August (2021) and they STILL don't have our parts to fix our washing machine. We both work full time and have young 3 children (one with special needs who needs laundry washed) and it is such an inconvenience for everyone involved.
