This countertops install department is awful. HOME DEPOT - CHASKA MN provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It has been over 4 months and no countertops have been installed. I hope the BBB looks into this further-an absolute nightmare of a company.

In 2019 I bought a Keter 7.5x 9 Fusion Shed. I was under the impression that this shed has a 10 year warranty. This year the very top of door snapped off , just cheap plastic no metal in joint to keep the door attached. I contacted Home Depot for new door and they told me to contact Keter . We are remodeling our bathroom. Since I selected our new items from Home Depot, I attempted to schedule an at-home consult for installation. They texted me, twice, to say they'd call me, but if I wanted to expedite the process, to call "ReBath" (no phone number provided). Home Depot's new return policy is now 48 hours....48 hours!!! "Because of Covid" Meaning you literally have 2 days to know if your lawnmower works properly, your washer or dryer, or in our case a refrigerator.... So I bought a Bosch Ascenta 24 in. White Front Control Tall Tub Dishwasher from S. N***** (288 Daniel Webster Hwy, N*****, NH 03060) Home Depot last week. Looks good, and it got good reviews. At the time of purchase they clearly stated that delivery and installation were included in the purchase price, and I also paid an extra $25 for them to haul away the old dishwasher. However, when the delivery guy dropped it off and I asked about installation, his response was just "good luck with that." No further information from him ... read more
Prices on the shelf are different than what comes up at register. Register higher by .59 yo over $3. Have to take pictures of shelf of everything I buy and get cashier to over- write.

Instead of a new product, they sold me a filthy, previously returned product. This was their error, which would have been no big deal if they had taken care of it properly; however, their customer service was horrible. I used to like and respect Home Depot, but it appears that they are in steep decline.

Anything that comes in a box is always damaged. Ordered online to pick up in store, damaged. Order on line for delivery never on time. Four hour window day of delivery and ordered a month ago, still can't come on time. I don't know why I bother. Learn how to schedule Home Depot
Supposed to have a dryer purchased from Home Depot in King of Prussia, PA on August 3rd. The delivery was scheduled for August 20, 2021, today, between 11 and 3. The delivery was confirmed last week. Dryer never arrived. Called Home Depot 5 separate times beginning at 4:30. Was told they cannot reach the delivery people because their "phones are shut down."
