Service by phone is almost as bad as it is in most of the stores I shop. Nothing but repeat recording. When a real person does answer I get put back on hold only to repeat the same thing.

I have spent thousands of dollars for my real estate rennovations but i had so much hard time today to return less than $100, they kept saying they changed their policies about receipt and their attitude was horrific. We never had so much bad experience before returning any stuff. I will never give them business anymore, since they have so much business and now they dont care about the customers. I will never again purchase any item from Home Depot where 1-Star rated Roadie is the delivery service. On 08/25, Roadie delivered an electric range that I purchased from Home Depot with a $25 disposal fee for the old stove. The delivery driver, however, refused to haul away the old stove and instead left it sitting on my front porch blocking the utility closet. He assured me that Roadie would return in 2 or 3 days to remove the stove. Since the stove is still on my front porch 10 days later, I assume that lying to customers... read more

I came here July 2020 to get a dishwasher and installed. Long story short these guys ruined my floors and said it was like that before the install. Manager just hides and says to contact customer service. 13 months later I finally got a resolution but had to involve the California Contractors Bond and they finally paid me for the damages. The best part is Home Depot never apologized!! Shame on them. Do yourself a favor and find a real installer. I was injured at the Tyrone Store due to a broken pallet and standing water on the Garden Center floor in September 2020. I spoke with the Assistant Store Manager Mike Scott right after it happened. Long story short, my injury resulted in required surgery with permanent damage. Home Depot's Liability claims is administered by Sedgwick and I was assigned claims Adjuster, Connor ******. Apparently I ain't the only one with issues with how Home Depot does business. They charge you extra for special delivery but can't deliver it to the correct address. As a self contractor it's disappointing and irritating that not even customer service at 1-800-Home Depot couldn't put the customer first but care more for delivery schedules. Although 60k has gone to this company; I will not go back for any projects or personal use. Worst customer experience at store 8519 and 5060. Stay away from Albermarle Road store. Charlotte NC. Store manager-Tom Purchased bathroom vanity. 72 inch plus extra 150 for indoor room of choice placement Fast Mile declined to bring vanity indoors due to weight. Called Home Depot resolutions department. According to rep-Willow she called the store and spoke to Val and they agreed to refund shipping and have store associated being the vanity indoors for me: When vanity arrived.store manager Tom would not offer anyone from the store to assist with bringing the vanity indoors... read more

Our experience with the countertop installation was overall...pretty bad. The in-store people were of course, very quick to get our deposit (first things first!). The overall variety of choices was kind of limited and mediocre. The guy who came to take the measurements was kind of creepy and made my wife very nervous. Turns out, he's not too good with the measuring tape either-- the backsplash area ended up being off by about 3/4" from one side of kitchen window to the other. Horrible communication and follow through. Signed a contract in May for a Kitchen refresh - reface cabinets, new doors and drawers and quartz countertops. Timeline was 4-6 weeks as stated on the paperwork. In JULY, I had to reach out to corporate because no work had been done and nothing was scheduled and I could not get a call back. Corporate was helpful and opened a case for me, work finally began late July. Finally get the cabinets in and the drawers are the wrong size, half the handles were the wrong finish.
