Terrible company with awful customer service. I ordered a full kitchen back in May 2021. Everything came in except our fridge panels because they were damaged. We went ahead and reordered them. They arrived damaged the second time. We reordered the fridge panels for the third time and I kid you not, they were damaged again! It's now September and I still don't have my fridge panels which is delaying my countertop installation. I was expecting a deliver today for a new dishwasher and the drivers come OUT and at that point was it noticed that my items was not on the truck. This order was placed a week before deliver this order was confirmed with the delivery company 5 days prior to the delivery date. Contacted The Home Depot online and was advised that there cannot be any compensation made at this time for THEIR MISTAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a dishwasher and paid for installation and disposal of the old unit. The delivery was to take place between 2:30-6:30 pm on Friday evening. The delivery people-GE delivery showed up after 7. The one guy took a look at where the dishwasher was to be installed and declared he could not install it because he could not reach the water shut off valve. Do NOT utilize Home Depot's home delivery service as this is outsourced by another company! They will cancel their original delivery date the night before, then reschedule one week out and the delivery reps will NOT call 30 minutes before delivering to your home as expected and of course they don't show up to your home at all. They will document that they have called and arrived...my cell phone never showed any missed calls. The delivery drivers lied!!! Then you call to reschedule and they put you off for another 3 weeks. Ordered shower walls (Order #***********) online for delivery to home, because your company only carries this product in a color online. Zero chance of getting this in the store. Told it would be delivered to our home on Sept. 9. Sept. 9 comes, no delivery. Called, because the shower walls were in a shippers warehouse since August 31. I am then told that they have the item, but wont deliver it til the 13th of September. After four hours of phone calls the shipper finally agrees to let us pick up the walls. Took my money two months waiting for my dryer to arrive.I have purchased several appliances at Home Depot since moving into my new house (first time homebuyer) and being without a dryer has been extremely, extremely difficult. Home Depot nor GE have done nothing to make up for this extreme delay. I've called and called and the only thing they did was move up the delivery date five days. Awful experience.

A few weeks ago I found a free water testing envelope at the Home Depot, and I figure why not. I did expect they would tell me what's wrong with my water and try to sell some filters, no biggie that's what companies do. Plus I was in the market for a good filter. Weeks later I got a call from someone claiming to be from Home depot to discuss my water results. She talked about hard water and chlorine and ph balance.
