Please make sure your associate at Wallingford ct home depot get trained, how to pick a quality materials, and how to check there daily pick up I order 24 hours prairie to pick up my, my order Never being picked, When I arrived than they decided to pick up, I went to check my flooring its was on the horrible condition not even the associate they need to learned that we spend our money not getting it for free so we expect better quality. I purchased a Fridgidaire freezer 5/2020 and purchased the Home Depot extended warranty. We had a technician come out twice to fix the light. The technician did a temporary fix and said to call if the light goes out. In May of 2021 the freezer temp dropped to 40 degrees. We moved all of the food into our 23 year old Kenmore freezer. The technician came out and said the door needed to be replaced and he would order a replacement door. The Home Depot in Seekonk, Massachusetts offers an unacceptable experience to its customers. I waited in line to have a key made. The gentleman waiting in front of me asked how many keys I was making, he then told me to go in front of him since I was only have one key made. When I did, an older female employee shouted from 30 feet away..."Hey, he was next!" Then, a male employee began to make my key. When placing an online order, the total of purchase and store purchased from is known. Terrible place to purchase appliances We purchased GE Hotpoint washer on July 30th 2021 It was delivered on August 22 nd 2021 Was only able to do one wash Called Home Depot said we only had a 48 hour turn around to report any malfunction Which the sales person failed to tell us. We called GE been talking to so many different representatives We even bought extended warranty thru Allstate they are telling us to go thru manufacture. Just brutal customer service. I ordered $1200 of windows in Mid July 2021. 6 weeks later I call to see where the windows are. I'm told a PO was never generated between Home Depot and the window supplier. The Customer Service 'dude' tells me it's my fault for not phoning in sooner. Why would I have, I was told it was a 6 week wait. It's now 6 weeks, and Home Depot took my money, but no windows. DANGER DANGER !! Do not buy Home Depot gift cards !! My son bought me one for my Birthday and when I was going to use it in the store it did not Work. The lady watched as I took off the security sticker on the back so she could scan it and couple of numbers came off. She told me they had this problem and there is nothing they can do.
