Home Depot vista California, I went in for lumber, there were no large carts, so I tried to ask for help and no employees would even attempt to help me, ended up walking out. Very disappointed and will shop elsewhere from now on.

A terrible experience. Unreasonably long wait times on the phone with customer service and charged for an appliance installation that didn't take place. What should have been done in a single day is leading to a 20 day issue with no hope of resolution. Will not be trusting them in the future with appliance purchases.

On 11 July 2021 we ordered a clothes washer and dryer, as well as a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher from The Home Depot in West Asheville, North Carolina (not a small order). The washer and dryer were delivered as promised, not so the kitchen appliances. The Home Depot Savannah East #170 is the worst representation of this brand. Victory, one of the employees, is the perfect example of what not to do in customer service. I placed an order online on 8/24, which was supposed to be delivered on 8/25. After realizing that the 8pm cut-off for delivery had passed, I contacted Customer Service. I purchased an over the range microwave oven to replace one that was no longer working. The purchase was made 8/7/2021. I chose to have the microwave delivered and installed and the old one hauled away because my husband and I are close to 70 years old and we did not want to bother our children. If I could give a zero, I would. After purchasing all the boxes of vinyl flooring they had on the floor, I was advised to order the rest that I needed through their website. I entered my square footage, received the number of boxes I would need to order, and told to add 10% for waste, which I did. When I finished the job, I had 5% of the boxes left over. I took them to the store and they refused to take them back, even though they had the same boxes for sale on the floor of the store. They said I could only return a whole sh... read more

I had to return doors that were damaged in shipment. Customer service reordered then for me. I could not check the status of my order because they technically ordered it so I would wait a couple of days after expected delivery date and go to Home Depot to check the status of delivery. I did this 5 time (5 different delivery dates) finally today they said my doors were in. My wife returned extension cables unopened, and with the receipt to my local home Depot in south baton rouge, la. She was told because she didn't have my credit card, and the store couldn't process cash refunds that day because it was on generators, that she could only receive store credit. I went in to spend the store credit, and was denied because the card was issued to her instead of me. Furthermore the balance was placed on hold and reduced from $69 to $13 because it was "flagged". This is MY MONEY.

They only get 1 star for location because it's close to my home. I went in there for a nail for my bed. I needed 5 more, no one was there to help. Then when I do find someone he is raving about his weekend and is not helping any of the customers on the aisle. So I go to customer service to get more help. They page someone and you know what happens...that person comes and starts helping everyone else on the aisle except me. I have never been so disappointed in customer service.
