So I went to home depot to find item ******* which is a blue round electrical box that is $2.98 each and they told me this item is "out of stock" and they have some over 100 miles away but they cant even be ordered to their store. So apparently I cant get this item at my local home depot no matter how bad I need it. Funny thing is that Amazon has them for almost $13 each. I think this is really bad business, trying to drive the price up on these products...Im really disappointed and Home Depot should be ashamed...

Absolutely the worst situation ever dealt with. We ordered three sets of blinds for the main floor of our home we purchased last year. And after ONE yMONTH, they started to bow from the heat. After fighting for a replacement I finally got to a Home Depot resolution team Ryan who treated me great after being yelled at and told I was wrong and sassed to from their regular customer service. Appliance was supposed to be delivered between 8 am & noon & its 345. Called & they can't update me on where my washer is. Had to go to work. Still waiting to hear back. Never gonna buy from Home Depot again. Almost 4 hours late & can't get ahold of the driver. Ridiculous.

Refrigerator delivered broken, had to get the manufacturer to reissue one, it was not redelivered. No explanation, was advised I would have to wait even more weeks for the product. Had to fight to get my money back. Poor customer service!

Would lower rating if I could.First Rude people in Dearborn Michigan Store.Second,Inventory data that employees at 3 different stores they sent me to,did not match.The stores look like garbage and Management at Dearborn store,hung up on me.Corporate doesn't have a way to complain,to protect Corporate crooks as far as I am now concerned.They don't care anything about customer service,just making more money

If I can give a 0 I would. purchased laundry pair that was in stock at the store on August 7th. Yet to receive my machines or at least get a phone call with any news or explanation. They scheduled my delivery 3 times so far and never delivered or called. Almost impossible to contact anyone and when you do they just simply don't care. Never in my life have I had such a poor service. From anyone, ever! Just bewildered.

HORRIBLE APPLIANCE POLICIES EVEN WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY! Spent nearly $2000 on GE Washer & Dryer - sounds like it's going to go through the wall. Home Depot response: "So Sorry. I hope I never have to order from Hope Depot again!!!!! It was easy to order appliances and give them my money, after that, forget it!!! It took forever to get 7 appliances delivered. Five were supposed to installed. Only the washer was installed. The installers found every reason not to install the other items including the aluminum on the back of the dryer didn't match theirs and so they couldn't not install the dryer.
