Unacceptable customer service! I ordered a appliance range July 24,2021 and it was delivered on August 20th damaged. I canceled the order and ordered a new one. I ordered in person (paid full amount) a dishwasher that was in stock. I had my truck with me, and they didn't allow me to bring it right away, instead, they charged me 60 dollars for a delivery that is less than 10 blocks. Besides that, I have to wait more than two weeks for the delivery despite the machine being in stock at a store just a few blocks from my house. I had cabinets installed. They are 1/2 inch too long, and protrude from the wall. The veneer has bubbles in it. The "trash bins" were not ordered correctly, and after three iterations it is still not right.

Today at 9:49-51am I made a purchase at the Home Depot at 700 westlake shopping center Daly City, Ca 94015. As I checked out A woman approached me and ask was an Item I scanned mine. Customer satisfaction is not only at the bottom of their priority list, it is not even on their radar! I called and spoke to a D***** about a return/refund for a brand-new unused microwave. She proceeds to tell me that I had 48 hours after the purchase date. The purchase date was in February, 2021 but it didn't arrive until May, 2021! I purchased an oven and received it on Aug 21, 2021. I used my new oven on 8/29/2021. The stove would not boil a pot of water after it had been on for over 20 minutes. It took over a half hour to make burgers. Home Depot say they cannot do anything about it and the manufacturer has to do a repair and they will not return it.
