Never never never buy any appliance from The Home Depot. Their delivery system is absolutely awful. I waited 2 months for my dishwasher that was suppose to be delivered to the house. And the day it was suppose to get delivered, the driver called me and told me they were 30mins to a hour out to drop the dishwasher off. Purchased a new front door from Home Depot. Non-Stop Delivery refuses to deliver from its Denver warehouse to our home location of Lamar, Co. the delivery date originally said August 11. It has been in Denver since August 6. It is now August 20. Two weeks after original delivery date. Home Depot is one of the largest companies in the US and you claim you can't force Non Stop Delivery to deliver our package. This is the problem with large companies. I purchase a toilet online (https://www.homedepot.com/) 40 days ago and the toilet never arrived to the store. I went to the store (home depot Cutler Ridge #0207) several times and talked to the Manager and he told me he is going to resolve my issue personally and nothing happened. This is what I know: Home Depot contracts Temco Logistics for customer home deliveries. On July 1st, 2021, purchased a dishwasher and a refrigerator from home depot. Home Depot scheduled the delivery for July 20th. On July 19th, I received a call that my delivery was rescheduled for another week due to an "overload" at their distribution center. Ordered an item online promised delivery 2-3 days. After one full week waiting they cancelled my order, now if I buy online it is still available but need to pay a higher price. Homedepot Canada online staff- why? The order number ending with 4497 and credit card info also provided and order was confirmed. Very disappointed. Also when I provided feedback online my comment was deleted. I was simply stating the facts, why you don't allow different opinion when all info provided is true?

I contacted Home Depot by phone and in person over 10 times regarding a Water Pressure Washer I purchased online. The machine worked after a great deal of difficulty, however, the second time I went to use the machine it would not work. I went to my local Home Depot in New Milford, CT to return the machine. I have a refrigerator on order with Home Depot. I was expecting its delivery between 10 and 2 PM on this 8/13/21. I called Home Depot to report no one had been here by 2pm. They were unable to reach the driver or the delivery company because they contract this out. They said they can "see the order on the truck for delivery" and the company delivers up until 8 PM so I should wait. Therefore I didn't go anywhere the entire day. my food was in coolers. Home Depot delivery and Installation service is a joke. Purchased a new dishwasher. Paid for installation and removal of old dishwasher. Delivery was delayed by over a week and when finally delivered, was told that they could not install new dishwasher. Home Depot DOES NOT honor the 25 year warranty on the Lifeproof carpet. Had new carpet installed Nov. of 2020 $4880.00. April 2021 lifted my couch to clean, and area where the filler piece is seamed together the fibers are unravelling.
