I ordered a Convenience Concepts Graystone 59 in. Gray and Black Particle Board TV Stand with 1 Drawer Fits TVs Up to 65 in. with Cable Management. The delivery of getting this item was terrible.. homedepot credit department is thief and on top of it they rude , I have been on the hold for 45 minute and they dont like to help ,never do business with homedepot. I ordered online and thought was ordering from your Butler, PA store. However it kicked me to your Cranberry Twp, PA store. Beware if you are considering renting a Penske truck and trailer from this location. We had a five-day, cross-country move from Lincolnshire to San Diego and when we called Penske direct, they were wonderful and easy to work with. When we arrived at this Home Depot location to check into the details, the understaffed tool/rental area was quite the opposite. The customer service experience at Home Depot Madison Heights has been terrible. We ordered doors in March to be installed by their contractors. After months of waiting, they arrived today to install them. The front door has cracked glass, a missing shock to the screen door, and a dent on the storm door. I tried to call to discuss this, but was hung up on by a manager named K***. They have offered no remedy to fix this situation. Do not go to Home Depot for projects if you need assistance. You will get no help!

I will never be purchasing anything from Home Depot again. We ordered a brand new oven, it was installed...a week later when I tried to boil a pot of water, after waiting over a half hour the water was only simmering. Contacted Home Depot, the lady said it's no problem but the department was closed and we would have to call the next day to set up an exchange. We had $7000 worth of engineered hardwood flooring installed by Home Depot's "pro installers". It was installed improperly and the ends of the boards are all coming up, 1 year and 4 months after installation. Home Depot refuses to warranty the installers work beyond 1 year. Now we are stuck with a wood floor that has become so uneven that we trip over the curled up ends of the boards and we are on our own. We will NEVER pay for Home Depot's "Pros" to install anything again!

I'm writing this on behalf of my 87 yr old mom who (back in early July) purchased a "stackable" washer and dryer from HD when her washing machine quit. Because she lives in a condo and only has a small laundry closet, she has to have exact dimensions for a stackable set. First of all, she purchased an LG set (to my horror; LG is the worst company to deal with and are not reliable). I RESERVED A MOVING TRUCK ON SEPTEMBER 7TH, THREE WEEKS BEFORE I NEEDED IT. I NEEDED THE TRUCK FOR SEPTEMBER 24TH. I ARRANGED FOR COWORKERS AND FRIENDS TO HELP MOVE MY STUFF SINCE I COULD NOT DO IT MYSELF. I WENT TO HOME DEPOT TO GET THE TRUCK AT THE SCHEDULED TIME AND IT WASN'T THERE.
