I had put in a order to have someone come out and measure my sliding patio door to get a new one but in. Well I waited for two weeks to finally get a call and he came out. Like others I ordered a product from Home Depot who contracted with FastMile Logistics to deliver the item. One Sept. 13, 2021, I was contacted by FastMile to set up a delivery for my item. Placed $ 2400 order in early June. Still waiting for delivery/installation. Received 1 install after raising cane. patio door arrived with screen door damaged. Even with expiditing the replacement, I’m getting door installed oct 8 and still need to wait for screen then install. turns out this will be almost 5 months before order is complete. No such thing as “rush” order. Will never use them again.

Every single time I go here to pick up an online order, they can't find any of the items. First, the order hasn't been pulled - so I'll have to wait. Then they find the newest, slowest employee to get the order ready... I'll wait for an hour before they tell me they can't find any of the items and that they'll just cancel the order. "Oh we can just cancel the order and the money will go back onto your card." This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME I come to this Home Depot (****** EVERY SINGLE TIME!

I am amazed how bad the service is at Home Depot! Went there for 4 simple items and I only ended up with one and not exactly what I want. Things like #8 2-1/2 in scroews they don't have among other simple things like this. I guess they forgot that there is always other stores like Lows and ACE etc. I don't think they deserve the one star I gave them.

giving this place 1 star is being generous. we purchased a washer and dryer from them and the whole experience is a joke. first i had to wait 3 weeks for delivery. then on the day of delivery they sent a text telling me when it would arrive. i noticed in the text that they had the wrong house number so i called to get it fixed so they would deliver to right address and was told because of there mistake that my product couldn't be delivered. so i went to store to get a refund and was told that i couldn't get my money back for... read more
Purchased an Exide 12 Volt battery for my vehicle on 10/27/2019 the battery died on 09/27/2021.The label on the battery says 3year free replacement. took it back to Home Depot store 258 they said it is not a store warranty it is from the manufacturer's, I called up the manufacturer they say they do not warranty what Home Depot sells. This seems to be a ploy from these two businesses to frustrate end users of this product and hope the customers give. Extremely disappointed with Home Depot. I have placed a special order for a door installation- and have yet to get my door still after 12 weeks. I have been trying to get this door since June. It's October 1st and they are advising it maybe another 4-6 weeks. They refuse to cancel my order after already paying for it. The store does not care about their customers, are rude and don't want to be bothered. This is ridiculous and not fair to me.
