Terribly disappointed with purchase & delivery service received for new washer, dryer & refrigerator. They're great in the store during your purchase. The delivery was TERRIBLE!! It took 4 tries over a 3 week period. Still not what I paid for. Dryer & fridge were damaged. The 1sr delivery crew thru US Pack dropped off the appliances & left them in boxes. Said they weren't supposed to do installation. Had to wait 2 weeks to get installation crew, they sent the same 2 guys. Discovered dryer was damaged, the store ordered a new... read more

Re. Order #HXXXX-XXXXXX- WORST THING THAT COULD HAPPEN TO A CUSTOMER: I ordered a 15cu ft refrigerator to be delivered to the second floor of my house and paid $25 to haul away the one that's there to the first floor which was 20.2 cu feet. The delivery arrived on 9/17. The driver went to the second floor took the dimension of the refrigerator to be hauled to the first floor then went down and measured the iron entrance gate. No reason why he measured the gate b/c the 20.2 cu ft refrigerator was not going out the gate. ... read more

If I could leave zero I would. After three months of fighting back-and-forth about countertops I still don't have them and now they are refusing to issue me a refund. The counters they brought were cut completely wrong and the material was absolute garbage I would not recommend to my worst enemy

I'm split on this one, because in the Saskatoon store the staff is always wonderful; very helpful, some good advice, trustworthy, and come across as a good neighbour. Now, the other side that holds back two stars: we required a copy of a receipt for a large purchase about 2.5 years prior. It was financed, as that gave us a discount. Home Depot's finance company is Citibank, and we were directed towards them. We had to contact them six times, and received everything but what we asked for. Worst experience buying fridge. Order a new fridge $1400 at Home depot, failed after 13 days. Water leaking damage floor, food all went bad because not cooling at all. Home depot refused to take care of it, and pushed me to manufacturer. They don't do anything after 48 hrs. Never heard of this kind of policy. Whirlpool only wants to send out a tech after 2 weeks, and said replacement needs to be done with home depot. Called both and went to the store multiple times. Useless Go to Lowe's and Costco. Home Depot designed and installed our garage. They installed garage slats with proprietary hooks. The consultant told me it would be easy to order them online or in the store. After spending an hour not finding them online I went to the Home Depot store. The store manager told me he'd never seen that type and I have to go back to the contractor (Home Depot). I called the post-installation services person several times. She emailed back that she's escalated the issue and someone will call. No call and these were installed alm... read more

i ordered a laundry center and paid in full for it...my delivery date was a month away ...as that was not bad enough ..when tracking my delivery it says an no attempt to deliver ..not a phone call from anyone saying it wasnt coming ,had i not tried to track it i would be sitting here waiting still. I called they tell me it will be 2 more weeks at best before its delivered ...cannot tell me what my compensation will be for being sorely inconvienanced ..i spoke to a supervisor that told me nothing as well ..customer service su... read more

Ordered a Maytag dishwasher from Home Depot, Sherman, Tx on 21 August. They provided a 4 hour time window for delivery the following week, but arrived at the end of that 4 hour time period, to find once they opened the shipping box that the dishwasher had been badly damaged somewhere during the transportation process.
