I purchased 4 cabinets on line the store canceled 2 Friday night and I canceled the other 2 Saturday morning and as of now I didn't receive any refund. The total value of the purchase was $1,112.15. I think this is total acceptable and unfair to the regular citizens by this multiple million dollar company Michelle C*****

I have been a loyal Home Depot customer for many years but if I could give less than 1 star I would. I waited 6 months to order a refrigerator because they have been on back order due to supply chain issues. I finally ordered one and waited a month to have it delivered. I won't be making another large purchase from Home Depot. I decided to purchase 4 appliances from Home Depot and made the order online. The payment was posted to my card and the order confirmed. Then 72 hours later the order was randomly cancelled with no explanation at all. I spoke with a customer care agent who told me "the payment could not be processed." The website for their credit cards never works. Especially when it's time to pay a bill. For some reason it always requests a password change or some other road block is in the way. The fees are completely impossible to understand. When they charge late fees or not is completely arbitrary. It feels like another predatory lender. Wisho hadn't opened this CC at all. Not worth it one bit.

Extremely dissatisfied! I bought cabinets for my home and had them shipped to me. You'd think they would want to make it right when 4 out of 12 cabinets were received damaged. One cabinet I was able to take into a local store and exchange. Another came in damaged so tried to do the same and now am left in limbo. Was not allowed to exchange the cabinet which should've been simple since there were some in stock but nope I got yelled at instead. There should be a zero category..I began my saga on June 10 picked a storm door a man came out in 2-3 days and measured my door without telling me who he was. Poor internet experience while ordering & website design for ease of ordering, especially large orders. Poor packaging at Home Depot warehouse, absolutely NO care, thought or concern given whatsoever putting items together. Such a Giant corporate and such a poor service!!! I placed online order for a dish washer on sept. 14th. The order was placed successfully and I also received confirmation with online order # and delivery date. Ordered cabinets for my 80+ year old parents kitchen renovation at Home Depot on Truse. Delivered at the end of the driveway, my parents would not sign as the cabinets were nearly in the street, called, complained, they sent out two workers to move under carport.
